I was looking for a used caravan, been looking for about 6 months and had one problem after another with other dealerships. Advertised price and then another $3,000 in fees!! I called Rivera Toyota and spoke with Joe, very friendly and helpful. I asked him what the price was on the car advertised, and he said the price show IS the price. No other fees, unless you want some of the additional services we offer. I told him if I am wasting my time I will throw you out of the window, JK. Next day took it out for a test drive, has two issues, nothing crazy, and was about to get off a few dollars. The price was the price and I did not have to hassle or get upset. Joseph was very helpful as well as his manager Bob. I was able to drive my new/used car that day home. I would definitely recommend coming here, for a used or new car. I bought this Venza in NJ being that there were none in Pa . It rides like my Lexus and the gas mileage is great. To me it looks awesome inside & out . the price on these suv's are high but I guess you get what your looking for .There also quite when riding .

I worked with Rose Ruiz and a finance guy that I don’t know the name of the team overall was very courteous, responsive and helpful and create an environment where all my questions were answered, and they are more than accommodating to my schedule,. I felt that they didn’t put any pressure on me to do things differently than I wanted to and followed through on everything that they said that they would do it definitely doesn’t feel like a luxury experience, but it feels like one that’s built with hard-working and confident people at the center, trying to do their best in each instance

I purchases the 2014 Venza used with 30K miles. Over the next 7 years I put 80K miles on it. I didn't have one issue with the car. If you're seeking a comfortable ride that requires very little, this is the car for you!!!

Hudson Toyota and Erik did an excellent job with my car repair . This is why I only take it Hudson Toyota. Their rates are comparable to a mechanic shop.

Overall a great vehicle. I recommend sitting in the front passenger seat before buying. If you are 5'8" or more you will hit your head getting in and out as seat is high and can not be adjusted on the XLE model.

Salesperson was very helpful, the problem was transporting the car from NJ to KS. May recheck!

Looked and drove several midsize SUV, overall , all things considered I settled on the Venza and have not been disappointed. In addition… there’s not two dozen of them in the grocery store parking lot ! Lol

I have been driving this Venza for approximately seven month and have no negative comments. It is a beautiful design that does everything Toyota says it is capable of. My overall fuel mileage is significantly better than rated at overall mileage at 46.5 mpg.

I typically don’t write reviews but you always hear the horror stories about dealerships never the good, to say that car shopping in this economy is scary is an understatement!!! Rich Catalano and his team are a gem a diamond if you will. I went car shopping last weekend for my youngest daughter and I was wrecked. Rich and his associate Chris made us feel comfortable and welcomed. I myself with a past working in the dealership business had my guard up but it honestly was the most amazing experience I ever went through, everything was a conversation amongst friends. Rich welcomed us to the RT46 family and I felt it to be true.. They made my child feel welcomed and like her voice and questions were heard. I will forever only work with the Rt 46 group from here on out and recommend them across the board!!!!!!!!!!!! 5 stars doesn’t do this dealership justice even if you aren’t actively looking for a vehicle pass by say hi to rich and Chris look around with an open mind and come join the family. It has 3 usb ports. The ride is great but it's a crossover so can be bumpy like any Suv but not as much as most. The seats are leather, they all recline even the rear seats do. This car has lots of power!!. It's a v6 engine and it's gives you all the power you need for climbing hills, passing and more!!. This car has never left me stranded not one time. This had been a great car for me and it has a good looking body style too. All the windows are tinted but the rear windows have a good dark tint and it's not easy to see inside. The driver and passenger window are not as dark. Sunroof moonroof that opens rear panorama roof that does not open. In the very rear trunk area there is a car lighter plug for charging purposes and in the front there are two other locations of the same thing plus one USB port maybe two.

I purchased a low mileage pre owned venza xle and it is the nicest car I have owned. Rides like a luxury car, phenomenal gas mileage, decent power, loads of bells and whistles. And top it off with Toyota reliability, I do not regret it at all.

Beth Hicks service dept was amazing very sweet and helpful she is the best if you need service go see her. I traded in my honda for a Rav 4 Philip Hicks. What a. Smart young man and friendly got me in my Rav 4 fast.. And the main man. Ken Hicks wonderful to deal with this is the 5th time I bought from him and will always do so.. The whole staff is A++++++

* Now that I have my 2022 Venza Limited w/ Advanced Tech Package & Star Gaze Roof, I like both options very much!!! As a previous premium mid-size SUV owner, changed to new Venza Limited because of established hybrid reliability, excellent ride quality, silky smooth drivetrain/hybrid system, & outstanding features/options. * Took brief while to adjust to Limited's capacitive touch media system controls, but afterwards proved to be very responsive and convenient, especially with use of steering column controls. Also, I use the Bluetooth connection to play my YouTube Music libraries/artists. I found I like the multimedia Home command with its 3 default windows, which are customizable. * After getting use to entering/exiting front passenger side, passenger seat's comfort is well above average 😃.

Great deal and fast transaction! There should be a snack station while waiting and the coffee station needs to improve a little. people who buy cars sometimes have to wait for them to finish and would be nice to have something small to snack on after a big purchase! overall gilbert was great!

5 months and about 4,500 miles on the car so far. Decent gas mileage from 35 to 41 mpg. The 41 numbers came when it was new and summertime. Haven't gotten over 38 in the winter. Comfortable inside. I would like to have more knobs and buttons and less touch screen. Software is occasionally glitchy on the touchscreen. I wish the car would go more than 3 or 4 blocks in electric mode. I would prefer a hybrid that goes 20 miles or so on electric power but the Venza is okay. If you go more than about 15 mph, the EV mode turns off. Plenty of headroom inside but I have to duck down a lot to get into the driver's seat and I am a short person. So far the mpg are the same no matter if I drive 55 or 70. That's unusual in my experience.

Excellent vehicle overall except for manufacturer and/or dealer loading on worthless items ( non negotiable ) ie: small dent removal $639.00 and interior upholstery stain repair or tear repair ( of course with exceptions) also$639.00. When dealer confronted , Their attitude " take it or don't buy the car, we'll sell it to next buyer in line"

Really enjoying my 2022 Toyota Limited. I'm averaging 42MPG, most fuel efficient vehicle I have ever owned. I like the styling and features it has with the latest technology and safety. Ride is comfortable and smooth. I recommend the Venza for anybody looking for a reliable and fuel efficient vehicle.

Best car we’ve ever owned we’re at 200,000 miles and still runs like new, the only thing I’ve replaced so far other than tires and battery is the starter at 175,000 miles. The one thing that keeps breaking are the sun visors,I’ve probably replaced them 3 times already,other than that it’s a very reliable car I would definitely buy one again!

From new 163,000 km great running economical maintenance as well. One major glitch leaking sunroof. Entire unite had to be removed poor waterproofing materials used. $600 to repair. Don’t use sunroof that’s the only downside to car

Love my Venza. Very classy design, better looking than Lexus NX, exception gas mileage much above stated mpg. I easily get 45-50 mpg city in Eco mode. Very quiet. Panoramic stargaze moon roof is amazing. Interior quality is top notch. Boulder seat color is very pleasant and makes the interior bright and cool. Nothing to complain about so far
