This dealership is the best one I’ve been too in all the 35 years for which I have been buying cars. Both Michael Thompson and Mohsen Toosi helped us reach our final decision and they covered tag and title cost. In other words, they processed our title transfer and license plate with no doc fees. Again, let me repeat, there were no documentation fee’s. This transaction was cheaper and less painful than buying from a private party. If you need a vehicle this is where I would go. I will be back when we upgrade our Mercedes Bluetec which we fondly call our “Memphis cruiser”. Backstory: Our son lives in Memphis and so we drive back and forth monthly or as often as he tolerates. 😊

I bought a Toyota CHR 2021 model 4 years ago. It was a demo with less than 1500 km's. It is reliable, comfortable and sleek. The only thing I dont like with the vehicle are handles at the back, but overall good performance and it is a good buy.

Leasing this car. Expected to wait a couple of months but received a notification that a car matching my specifications would be available the next week. The car met most of my requirements. The price of the lease was considerably more than I expected to pay but I agreed to the terms. Two months after taking possession of the vehicle, the brake actuator failed and I lost use of the vehicle for two weeks. Of course, the repair of the brake actuator was under warranty! The miles per gallon are what I have come to expect from a Toyota Corolla - better than 40 mpg on the freeway, a little less on surface streets. I replaced the standard interior rear view mirror with the one that has a built in Universal garage door opener because there was not a convenient place to mount the garage door opener that I had used with two previous Toyota Corolla leases. The thing I like about this 2022 Toyota Corolla: good gas mileage, bright headlights, good interior space. Things I do not like: cheap plastic rear trunk wing that broke in drive through car wash, black out lettering that standout on the greyish body color, unlit driver side lock/unlock buttons that are hard to locate in the dark when getting out of the car.

I've owned several Corolla's before, and the 2023 XSE is the best one yet. The fit and finish of the exterior, and the design and materials of the interior are all high quality for a car in this price range. The overall drivability is excellent, and feels like a car that's much more expensive. I'm still not really a fan of the CVT transmission. When you go to accelerate quickly, the car seems to be sliding in between gears and never actually chooses one. But after reading the owners manual and learning to shift the gears manually, it allows the cars performance to really shine through. It has 10 gears in the Manual Mode, and it's actually pretty fun to shift with either the up & down shift paddles on the side of the steering wheel, or pushing the gear-select lever one at a time. Anyway - it was the only driving issue I had, and Toyota already had a solution. Overall, this new Corolla is the best value car I've ever owned.

Purchased a former Enterprise rental Carolla with 60K on the odometer. Overall it meets all the buzz about Toyota reliability. Other than a Battery and oil changes it's been good to me. Occasionally drive it as an Uber and it gives good service.. you actually earn money instead of putting all your earnings back into the tank. The only issues I hate is the low front end that occasionally scrapes the asphalt coming in and out of steep driveways and dips in Oklahoma roads.. and the main console is finiky connecting with my phone in Android auto.

Bought my 2017 used in 2020 with 14,000 original miles. Very happy with it. The shifter took some getting used to as it's not as smooth as other cars in its class. Otherwise it's been very dependable, good at plowing through drift left by snow xxxxxxat my driveway. Good under carriage clearance. Great heating and cooling system.

I have a stock Corolla 2021 LE with 85000 miles on it. As ridiculous as it may sound, I thought it was a good idea to put it through its paces at Road Atlanta (in the rain as well). For an economic 4-door sedan the car is very fun to drive. It dances a little but it’s still forgiving when it’s warmed up. This car is perfect for safety and fun all in one. You’d have to really try to spin out or crash in this thing…..I have tried (not joking) and I’m not sure if it’s possible unless it’s icy and you’re going 80 miles an hour. As for normal driving, gas is great and reliability is what you expect for a Corolla, no maintenance cost except for a new battery after 4 years in a hot environment.

It is a Corolla so don't expect a Lexus. Many nice features like keyless operation, auto headlights and parking brake. Human Factors design is terrible. The center display has a lot of good information, but in font so small it is distracting to try and read it while driving. When you engage cruise control, a warning in small print legalese appears for several seconds, blanking out your speed and telling you not to take your eyes off the road. Of course if you want to read the warning, you cannot see the road. Other feature that is annoying is the assumption that if anything like a coat or a book are on the back seat, you must have left a small child in the car so it beeps repeatedly when you lock the car and then sends you a text that there is something in the back seat. Oil is 0W-8 so don't expect to do your own oil change as it is not generally available in stores. The ride is comfortable for an economy car and it is reasonably quiet. If you love AndroidAuto, you will like the interface, if you don't like it, well, Toyota does not give you any other option that is easy to use. There are 2 cupholders, a small glovebox, and a very small center console compartment. No other storage. No place for a small box of Kleenex, no place to store sunglasses.

I went into the dealership with very high hopes but very low expectations because I have some severe credit issues. Joseph Franklin greeted me at the door. He was very friendly and gave off a great vibe. During my appointment, people were pulling at him left and right from constant phone calls to in house interruptions. He handled every distraction with extreme patience and professionalism. Even though I couldn't get into the car that I had chosen online, Joseph showed me several options and made the process so pleasant. I purchased my 2016 Camry SE used in 2018 @ 39K miles as a certified pre owned. Pros: - Regular oil changes and recommended maintenance is all that i did. - Quiet engine - Smooth ride and no body roll while cornering - Quick acceleration for a daily driving and highway passing - Comfortable driver seats with lumbar support. - Huge leg room for rear passengers. - Stable in snow. This FWD with good all season tire is all you need to survive winter. Cons: - Stock headlight is not bright . Got oxidised and foggy within 60K miles - road noise and rarely wind noise when on the highway(no sunroof) -Suspension is stiff for the SE trim but got used to it. - Infotainment screen is super outdated. No apple carplay -Factory Blue tooth sync for videos were bad. -Stock speakers are better than Corolla. Problems: At 120K the touchscreen on the infotainment started glitching and stopped responding. Replaced the whole unit with a Sony Car stereo. If buying this car in 2025, get an aftermarket Apple car play/android auto. I will be running it to at least 250K miles. Wish me luck!!
