My 1995 Volvo 940 estate wagon is hard to get some parts for. A part source was located and the part ordered and installed. A second part has been ordered, because of a fault in the first part. All previous repairs have been successful.
The dealership was clean but under construction - bathrooms in sales area was not available. Knew exactly what we came in to buy...Salesman immediately tried to direct us to something he wanted to sell. When we drove what he wanted us to drive, we got him to show us what we wanted to see. Meanwhile, as he tried to park the first vehicle, he backed it up into my wife, hitting her in the back (so much for pedestrian warning device). Long story short, we drove the vehicle we came to see, liked it, made an offer and the salesman told us the Manager said no, and made a counter. We said thanks but no thanks, and as we were driving off the lot, the manager met us and accepted our offer. It is a shame you have to play these games just to buy a car.
I recently purchased my vehicle and had to get a defect fixed. When I called the service center, I was able to get an appointment and get the problem fixed quickly. Everyone was helpful in explaining the issue, providing a loaner car so I could get to work on time and even cleaned my car!!
Tommy helped me order our new XC-40, which came ahead of schedule. Great, friendly service. I constantly felt Confident in my decision making with Tommy. I continue to feel like a quality customer even after I filed all the final paper work.
I was treated with great respect and every aspect of my repair was explained in detail. Constant communication and updates about my repair was made to both my self and my husband. I will make sure that if my car needs repairs again I return to Fayetteville ford!!
Transmission slipping not able diagnose or fix issue ,also advisor did not seem to be very concerned. I have talked to other kia owner with same concern it would seem like it is time for Kia engineering to get involved

Atlanta South saw me in 1 day. Great customer service. Fixed my problem in 1 hour. I'm cool again. They are my new home for service. Union City didn't treat me that well anyway. I recommend getting your service here at Atlanta South

Ms. Kim and the receptionist in the service department was so helpful and both have a beautiful spirit. When I would call they always recognized my voice and acknowledged me by name before I could even tell them. Need more people like them with the company.
A great experience. Kay is great and this is our 5th car from her and 2 of our daughters got their Kia there as well. We have referred 8 people and no one has had a bad experience.
