We were not happy with the loaner car we were provided while we wait for the 2024 Palisade seatbelt recall. No one at the dealership could tell us how long we would have to wait for our car! We found out from Google and AI that Nov 10th there will be some news. We feel we should have been provided a vehicle more comparable to the auto 1we purchased. The Venue is no car for a 78 yr. old. with a hip replacement. Other than that we love the car we bought and test drove. The new dealership is beautiful, clean and spacious. The salesman John was very courteous, and friendly but was not very knowledgeable regarding the Palisade we purchased.

For a non full size pickup it seems pricey, but then again full size truck prices are ridiculous. The interior is really nice, spacious and well built. The truck handles incredibly well, and the 4 cylinder turbo has plenty of power. I was impressed with it's 6,000+ towing power. The exterior is mean looking and looks great heading down the road. I bought a SR model because I need a truck, not something full of options. The only downside is the box is smaller and holds a lot less than a full size and the Toyota sense safety is a bit much. I know it's there for a reason but it can be confusing.

It was great salesman did a great job of answering all my question and finding me the perfect bronco .very easy to work with and honest he was taught well you can tell the customers comes first .

I bought my 2017 in spring of 2020 with 27k miles for $27k. I was specifically looking for a TRD Sport, manual trans. The Tacoma is the only manual trans truck produced anymore. I currently have 80k miles on it now and the blue book still shows it at $23k-$24k. I have not had any issues with it. I have done my own maintenance (oil changes and just recently front brake pads). The 2017 was the last year before they added all the safety stuff with the cruise controls. I'm glad I don't have that stuff. I also have the map system in my factory head unit and don't have to rely on the Apple carplay or Android auto apps. There was some discomfort in the seat. It was easily resolved with items that can be purchased to adjust the seat to your liking. There are a lot of complaints on the power and fuel mileage. Really?? Its a truck. Its not a sports car or compact sedan. Its not going to get the greatest mileage or set land speed records. If you want something that always starts, never leaves you stranded, and you can count on everyday, this is the one. If you want something that you want to spend a bunch of money repairing, you may want to look elsewhere.

I used Nissan of Cookville for an oil change and tire rotation. Elijah was my service advisor and was professional and helpful. He facilitated a ride to and from a restaurant for my wife and I while the work was being done. Great people there.

My 2010 had 317,000 miles when I bought my 2021. I absolutely love the changes that toyota has made. My 2021 is a perfect truck for comfort and reliability.

My experience at Cookeville Honda was excellent. We bought a used 2020 Honda CR-V. The process was smooth and enjoyable. Our sales rep Dan Threet was amazing. The car we bought had a small dent. He promised it would get fixed, and he followed through, including having the car delivered to our house when the repair was done. We couldn't even find where the dent was. This kind of service is hard to find and we recommend Cookeville Honda without reservation. We will certainly be back.

Love this truck's features and look! Only criticism is leg room in backseat! Other than that, it is a great truck that will hold its value and build equity well! 9.5/10

New owner of a 2024 Limited, extremely happy with the driving comfort, even though it does have a restricted leg room in the backseat which seldom is used. Upgraded technology inside the cabin with the 14 inch screen and the dial controls for the radio four-wheel-drive and HVAC controls. I really like the spray in bedliner power tailgate the exterior bed lights and the power steps also the rear sliding power window. my fuel economy is about 22 miles per the gallon but as of now it’s only got 1000 miles on it so I’m anticipating that to improve as the engine gets broken in. I do find that the standard turbo four-cylinder makes a slight rumble going uphill, but I have ordered a sound attenuation pad for under the hood and that should eliminate that. I find the driver in passenger seats to be equally comfortable with good bolstering as well as a lumbar support system that is four ways. I was a previous owner of a Ford F150 and a Dodge Ram 1500, but I wanted a pick up truck that would fit in my garage. Having have been a previous Toyota owner, I am looking forward to many years of problem free concerns based on the high-quality of Toyota and also the ACSI rating number of 83.

Purchased this truck for it's reliablity.Opted for a SR5 trim because it's not lifted nor branded with stickers. Have 44-k miles now. No issues. Just scheduled factory maintenance. I plan to run this truck well over 300-k miles. Is it perfect? No. The engine is somewhat lack luster, the gas milesage is just okay and the interior is somewhat small compared to a full size truck. however,However, I trust this truck to serve me well into the future without any major issues.

I have 89,000 miles on my 2017 Tacoma SR. It has been a great truck except for a couple small issues and one larger issue. The big problem started 3 months ago when the AC compressor started seizing up. Took it to the Toyota dealer for service. I have been waiting on an OEM compressor for over 3 months. Unable to get one even though I had to pay $1000.00 dollars up front to the dealer before they would order it.

I initially spoke with Brandon Letner the General Manager on the phone and told him what I was looking for. I drove from Knoxville area to the dealership and was greeted upon my arrival by Jayden Sadowski a sales rep. The entire staff was courteous and friendly. Brandon and Jayden made buying this truck very easy. I had been to several dealerships over the past week in the Knoxville area and was given the run around from not having the title with me to my credit union. Brandon and Jayden had me in and out of the store in a couple hours and it was painless compared to my experiences of this previous week.

I have yet to get this 2024 4runner TRD Pro stuck, and I have tried. Love this thing. Its already made it across the country and back. Ive had it since April of 2024 and about to break 20k miles. Had water to the bumper and mud to the frame and this thing keeps on ticking wheels keep turnin.

Traded 2023 Highlander Ltmd AWD for 2024 4 runner because it was sadly disappointing. Chose 2024 4runner before they ruin it with the 2.4L turbo & electric motors the 2025 is suppose to get. Have a 2022 4runner we love so why not have another as our second vehicle. Both are TRD Off Road models and seem to go just about anywhere you dare with surprising results Everytime ! Good visibility,great comfort, enough room and safe & reliable.

These folks run a great business. I live about an hour and a half away. We were able to sort out nearly all the details of my trade in, and multiple questions i had via text, including negotiations. Even sending me multiple photos and videos of the Tundra I was interested in. I did a trade in plus boot in cash and was in and out in about an hour. We switched from 4Runner to Highlander! Many years of Toyota loyalty in our family. Camrys to Tacoma’s we have had them all. I stole my wife’s 4Runner away from her and replaced it with a 2021 Highlander XSE. It’s been awesome. Bought it brand new. We just hit 65k. We drive from northern Idaho to Scottsdale Az all year and at anytime. Yes, anytime. AWD Snowmobile. It’s awesome in the snow! 22-28 MPG on the Hwy. For those worried about driving a wagon looking vessel around that does not have the great looks of the 4Runner? Don’t worry about it. The XSE has a great looking front end. The XSE Model handles great and boogies. Yes, it’s quick and drives like a sports car. Well, it handles well not quite a sports car. Don’t get the regular Highlander. XSE looks different, has the JBL stereo and drives great. AWD with a Snow Mode. Oh, and it had a third row for little ones. Reliability - been amazing. Zero issues.

My sales rep Justin Johnson did a great job and kept all of the promises on the deal. I drove 800 miles to get this deal and he did not ket me down. He has followed up multiple times to make sure everything is going fine.

Have had our 2023 Highlander XLE AWD since April 2023. Live in Chicago area and have driven to Arizona and Maine. Zero problems with the car. We put a large Thule box on the roof, multiple mountain bikes on a bike carrier and a kayak. Lots of luggage, got 27 miles per gallon on both trips. Plenty of power in the Rocky Mountains. Would recommend the car to others. We have a great Toyota dealership but all we have needed is schedule maintenance.

I came in with no appointment, but X got me back within 10 minutes to change a tail light. Within 20 minutes the work was complete at a very reasonable cost! Waiting room is nice, clean and water is provided. I have enjoyed owning my Bronco!

I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

I purchased 2018 White Camry SE with 8-speed transmission, with 36,000 miles on in May 2019. Now has 163,000 miles on it and still runs perfect. Everyone thinks it has turbo in it and that is because I use gear shift of course love the 8- speed transmission. Have no problems passing people. When I use cruise control at 69 mph have got around 41-43 mpg. Only issue had with my car was first year was a vacuum line staying open at times and it caused my car use more gas. Noticed the rpm guage wasn't dropping at times it was staying around 2 rpm instead dropping.. Took it to the dealership and that was the issue. Since then My car hasn't failed me at all!! Had for almost 6 yrs now and still love it!! I have been looking at getting Toyota Rava 4 but I keep going back to the 2021-2023 Toyota Camry SE of course White which to me is the prettiest and sharpest looking one. This is becaue I like to have little suv love have Tacome but I be looking at Camry SE. Lol.. This is a Nice looking , riding and very dependable car!! Thank You For My Toyota!!

I was told this package of Tucson SEL Conv. Package would have the front parking sensors. Didn't have after I purchased.

I got the Prius V particularly because instead of an SUV or sporty crossover I wanted a bit more of a station wagon feel (not as big as a mini van) that would be long enough to put a bunk bed single mattress in the back (It is). I love the fuel economy and the extra size. I traded in my '06 Prius for this Prius V. I've only has it about 5 hours but think I'm going to love it! I love the Blizzard Pearl. Would have also been happy with Sea Glass Pearl....

Shopped for a Certified pre owned. XLE for 2 months. Found this one 150 miles from home. Purchased to replace a 2012 Camry XLE which had been an excellent car. All of the new "tech" on the 2023 took a little time to learn but after 4 months it is great. I am an old guy and don't know why I waited so long to own a Toyota Camry. My experience with a Camry has exceeded that of any other domestic automobile I have owned and I have owned several. I would recommend this vehicle to anyone looking for a mid size, comfortable, reliable source of transportation.

It has a lot of road noise and the low profile tires makes feel like you're running on flats you feel everything I'm not happy at all it's nothing like my 2015 highlander no compassion at all!

I purchased mine used with 15,000 miles. She runs great and I get compliments on her often. Supersonic red with black top. The only reason I purchased this car is because my 2000 Camry is getting hard to find parts for. He still runs great. But, since I do not know when I will need to repair anything expensive on him, I had to get another Camry. For fear of not being able to repair my 2000 Camry (which still looks amazing new). I can vouch that gas powered Toyota's will last forever. Look at all of them on the road. So, I know this one will last forever.
