I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

I was initially delighted. The sales staff was awesome and got me into a dream car. Three days after bringing my Redeye home I noticed a small puddle of antifreeze. Two days later the engine light comes on so I had it towed back to the dealership and told them to keep it until they get it right. This is day five. I would still recommend this dealership as long as you buy new. Evidently I bought a Frankenstein. I just hope that this is a one off and am able to enjoy the car for years to come.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Came in for routine oil change & tire rotation. Not sure my tire pressure was checked, heading back to MI my low tire pressure light came on for front tires. I?ll pop in next time I?m in town to have air put in

The staff on this visit were stellar and truly were pleased to assist through my buyout process. Jeff and William are key reasons why I came back after my visit 2 weeks ago when a pretty unfavorable visit to buy out lease and treatment by Rex Moonshower. He didn’t want to abide by terms of lease and added extra charges that his salesperson Megan could not explain. He told me is I didn’t like it I could go to tamarin trail or Punta location. I returned with financing thru bank due to my past experiences and feelings I received with Jeff and William. Brady, the salesman, was super helpful and professional. Even when we didn’t end up buying the vehicle, he helped us with a totally different situation we had. I certainly regret this review, that I was wrong, it was my mistake, when I looked at the car I didn’t inspect it thoroughly and what I didn’t like was the gas tank without a cap, it’s just a new model but there’s nothing you can do about it, but otherwise everything was fine. If, of course, I had decided to immediately think and buy a new one instead of supporting it, then I would have been fine. And now I greet Mr. Scott and Mr. Chris. I thank them for their respect and attitude towards me.

Joe was awesome about taking and sending videos of the brand new Grand Wagoneer that they got on the lot before photos were even available online. I was traveling back to West Virginia and my service 4 wheel drive light came on. David May from the service department was extremely nice and helpful. He did a test with his handheld device and cleared the codes and said have a safe drive home. This is an employee who goes above for your customers. This is very difficult to find these days. Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

Great car we got the Pacifica limited. Enjoy all the extras on the van. Just wish the windshield was tinted. We constantly have to use the visors to help with the brightness outside

Test drove the 2004 Thunderbird. I said I was interested and would pay $14,500 for the car. They said there was a transmission problem with the car and could not negotiate until that was resolved. At the time the car was priced at $15,107. I have sent emails still showing my interest but have not received additional information on the transmission status as of this. We got the new 2021 Pinnacle edition. Most dealers/sales persons did NOT know the second row of seats were not stow n go. Most of them also really did not know how to install/work with CarPlay. We had to figure out most of the stuff ourselves because they couldn’t. You tube really helped!
