I needed almost $4,000 of work done on the timing for my 2019 F-150, that was just out of warranty. A closer dealership was rude and uncaring and a friend told me to try Bidleman of Auburn. I made the drive and I’m glad I did. The parts took a long time to arrive, but Bidleman was always friendly on the phone (and the supply issue wasn’t their fault, anyway). Once the parts arrived, they performed the service and they also worked with Ford Motor Corp. to get the majority of the work covered. My bill was a fraction of what the original estimate was! Now the truck runs great. They have a new customer, I will return to Bidleman Ford. I really feel like they were experienced, friendly and everything you look for in an auto dealership.

Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

Have taken my 2008 V6 Pony Mustang in for Maintenance 3 times in last 3 years/ all work completed well/ cost is reasonable and the Service people all act like Gentlemen and Ladies!

Great service as always. I would only ask that service techs make sure they clean off the oil pan after changing oil/filter so it does not drip/pool on the garage floor when I get home. Otherwise, outstanding! Thank you.

I had just an amazing and great experience at the Ford dealership. I do recommend you give them a chance before driving so far for disappointments. I went to a total of 3 other dealerships. But our local dealership had more vehicles to choose from and better and upgraded items I wanted on my truck then any other dealerships I went to. I was so disappointed in the other places. The car is a wonderful step forward for the Lincoln brand. The screen is the perfect blend of capability without distraction. Ignore the reviews about bad dealerships as it's about the car and not bad sales people. It's sylish, capable and comfortable!

As a 50 something woman, buying a car is my least favorite thing to buy--and I LOVE to shop! I was looking for a specific car in my local region and when I couldn't find one, I broadened my search. That's when I found Bidleman Ford. I initially clicked on the "is this car available" tab and by the next day a salesman reached out to me via email to say it was. He wanted to know when I was able to come in for a test drive but I explained that I was almost 3 hours away and was there a way to buy it online. Bidleman had enough pictures online that I was confident that the car I was looking at was clean and free of imperfections. So...we started the process on Friday am. Many many back and forth questions via email and Noah Palumbo was always right on top of them, answering within minutes! He was able to get me the price I wanted for the car and he also delivered it to my door on Monday afternoon. I have to give a shout out to Jeremy in the finance department as well...he answered all my questions and if he didn't have the answer, he got back to me with it. I would highly recommend Bidleman Ford and Noah Palumbo. They made buying a car totally online, sight unseen a lot less scarier than I thought it would be!!! I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

I bought my Equinox new off the lot in 2015 to be my winter driving car. I’ve had it for 10 years, and have driven it 60 miles round-trip in some of the worst winter weather in the lower 48 states. The Equinox held the road well on ice, in slush, and in deep snow on days that I was on the road before the snow plows. It has always been reliable and has never left me stranded. I’ve had no major issues in over 107,000 miles. I appreciate the cargo space which is much better than the newer models. I regularly recommend Equinoxes to my friends and family.

I've never been crazy about a dealership, but I'm a huge fan of this one. A mechanic here was able to find a problem several other shops could not. He continues to take great care of my car. I can't say enough about the professionalism of the staff at the service desk. They're accurate, thorough and compassionate. Thank you!

Truck was a champ. Mileage slightly less than advertised but still decent. Felt like sitting in a lifted car but was smooth on oilfield goat trails and held up real well saving gas compared to other full-size trucks. I think the fake hood scoop was xxxxxxxx but otherwise a great truck. 4x4 in mud snow and icy roads was excellent. Real reliable truck.

I found a listing online, and followed up with the dealership. Their internet assistant, Christy, was very helpful. Sales associate Zach was AWESOME! Mike in F & I was great as well. I am thoroughly pleased with the entire process and how smoothly it went! I highly recommend Zach to assist one in their car purchase - he was honest and went the extra mile to make sure everything was in order. If you’re a bit further away from the dealership - well worth the travels!

I had purchased a Toyota from this dealership years ago so I had no qualms about going back to them. Sales associate Kelin was very kind and very helpful. This vehicle has one drawback that I am aware of. The back up camera is very poor. The images are not crystal clear. It is like looking at a television screen from the 50s. I had a Blazer 2019 and my screen was great. I cannot understand why my 2023 vehicle has a poor screen. I have contacted General Motors and have gotten nowhere with them. I find this poor visual screen to be a safety issue. Had I known the back up camera and screen were so poor, I would’ve never bought the car as much as I like everything else about it. The visual on the screen is even worse at night.

This is my second renagade, I wanted a 2021 limited and that’s what I have now. I have a long history with many models of jeeps, but I have to say this one is my all time favorite . I love everything about it. It’s a tank in the snow and mud . We have climbed to the top of a mountain with it. I feel safe and secure that I will never get stranded in the snow. It’s comfortable, and just the right size . I love the Easter eggs they hid in the car ! We were able to fit all our camping gear in it and bikes and kayaks too. I love the look of it and it’s fun ! I will never get rid of this car , it’s a keeper.

I bought this used with 20k miles on it. I’ve read lots of reviews where there’s not enough room. I’m 6ft and I have plenty of room to spare. I’ve read where there’s not enough power in the engine. Unless you’re planning on racing the car, there’s plenty of power. The car has lots of character. It’s a Jeep. What’s not to love.

The Flex has been an amazing car to own. Bought it new in 2010 and it has never left me stranded since. Got the Limited trim and it is still an elegant interior even to this day. The car has always ran strong and the 200HP is great power for the car allowing me to zip around the city pretty quickly. It is an easy car to drive even at it's large size and has the most comfortable ride.

I've been driving for 43 years now and have owned an array of different vehicles, however I've never been financially fortunate to purchase a luxury model - until now! I was looking for a mid size vehicle that would check many boxes for my snowy Michigan commutes, along with distant travel comfort to and from my cabin and some towing capacity. I have only had this for roughly 1500 miles and wow.. My first impression was luxury. So many base options included in a mid sized and mid priced SUV that pleasantly surprised me. Secondly was the ride quality. Both smooth and quiet and handling. I've read other reviews discussing power inadequacy, but not at all. Plenty of passing and get tup to speed power. Next was the snow. I have Michelin defender tires and wow - what have I been missing? The snow 4x4 duaratac features combined with these tires make this a beast in the snow, slush and rain. It definitely gives me a much more safety reassurance while driving in these conditions. I have not tried the towing yet and have not had any "reliable" issues to report, but we are very fortunate with our pick and one very capable snow commuter.

GMC Canyon Denali with the 2.7 Duramax diesel is a loaded power house with great fuel economy. 4x4 has a towing capacity of 7000 pounds, the best in class. 31 MPG on the highway! Previously owned a Tacoma but it would not pull our travel trailer with the V-6. Highly recommend the Canyon diesel, if you can find one!

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

Missed my 2016 F150 which I sold, was waiting for prices to come down to get back into one. 2024 clearance was heavily discounted, and I love it. 2.7 twin turbo still delivers, comfort is amazing and cabin is quiet. Love all the new technology and screen.

Drove one in New York, NJ ,PA area for work (rental). Loved the connectivity to Android, very simple, you get what you need. Comfortable, drove about 800 miles and it did very well driving in all sorts of traffic and terrain conditions. Overall very satisfied with the car, would consider buying one if the reliability is good long term.
