I’m usually not a fan of visiting dealerships, as the process can often feel long and cumbersome, but Wellesley VW was completely different—in the best way. I’ve worked with other VW dealers before, but Wellesley VW was by far the best. Jens Albrecht was exceptional—prompt, pleasant, and very easy to work with. I spent only about an hour during my first visit, then returned another day just to sign the paperwork and pick up my car. My car went in for scheduled maintenance and to check my ac. Dylan was professional, friendly, efficient, and arrange for me to get to and from the dealership while my car was being repaired.

Was told up front how minimal the 30000 mile maintenance would be. Planned for an early drop off and told them I wouldn't need the car until the afternoon at earliest. Was only about 45 minutes until they told me the vehicle was ready. Very happy with my service visit.

Tim is a nice salesperson, he is patient for helping customer the whole process, the only thing he can do better is to call back certain customer on time. Try not to let customer expecting the phone call too long.
