Brad helped us place an order for our 2023 Telluride in late 2021. Took awhile to receive due to effects of Covid. Loved the car and experience so much that I bought a 2024 Seltos from Brad in 2024. Rolled the Telluride in 2025, so we bought a new 2025 Telluride from Brody (It was Brad's day off). One month later went back with my wifes mother to buy her 2025 Seltos from Brody. Both Brad and Brody are the best sales people I have ever worked with. and Mark in finance was always amazing! Having recently purchased a 2024 Kia Seltos at this dealership, I can relay that it was a pleasant experience. Once I contacted Volkswagen of Gainesville communications back and forth via.email was terrific Hannah kept in touch with me and allowed us once we arrived to have the vehicle taken to a local mechanic for inspection that process was very helpful the only downside through the entire process was the financing we were pre-approved from our bank but there was too much back and forth with the financing
