I liked the process, they do not push you to buy immediately and allow you to decide at your own pace. They are patient showing you all available inventory of interest.

I just bought a 2020 Ford Transit from Trust Auto in Maryland, thanks to Vlad, it went well despite the fact that I live in Florida. Kevin was very nice, seemed good at his job and well spoken, good guy. Vlad was fast, professional, and made the entire process incredibly smooth and straightforward. Vlad was responsive, sent photos within minutes of the underside of the van, and we finalized the deal in under an hour. The van was exactly as advertised, and it was delivered to my home in Florida in less than a week. Vlad and Kevin have great communication, humor, and transparency made. Vlad specially made this a stress-free purchase and I feel I got a good deal. I absolutely recommend Vlad and for the Accounting Kevin, Trust Auto is a good one!

Ryan Ruiz, my service adviser, explained to me what was wrong with my car and was very helpful throughout the time it took to getting my car repaired, and the dealer provided me with a free rental car during this time. I am very pleased with the whole experience.

Nicholas and Zane were extremely helpful. I was able to schedule test drives for a few different vehicles over a two week time span while deciding on which vehicle I wanted to purchase. I live a fairly busy life and both Nicholas and Zane were graciously accommodating to answering my questions over the phone and through text, ultimately making the buying process seamless.
