Never owned a diesel, but very easy to get accustomed to. The Jetta is very comfortable and gets great gas mileage 45mpg. Jetta also has performance if you need or want it. Overall this car has turned me into a VW enthusiast.

The sales team were very friendly/helpful. They tried their best to present to good deals for me/offered financing/and would call me back to set up appointment. I really appreciated their respect

Christopher was an excellent sales consultant during a busy year-end with a more complicated sale that required shipping the vehicle out of state to a rather picky buyer (me). Compared to another dealer I contacted this experience was “night and day”. I’d definitely recommend others to consider working with this dealership at least for the sales experience. I particularly enjoyed the fact that Chris found another RSX driver amongst the White Bear employees to perform a brief road test of my eventual car to set my mind at some ease for a real-world experience. They also were fairly cooperative about most of my requests to “seal the deal” (minor touch-up/clean up items). My only suggestions would be to see about hastening the shipping experience if that’s even possible and put a bit more effort into detail of the car before listing for sale - the car had been in their hands for a couple of months and just needed a couple small detail items to make it close to perfect for selling a 20+ year old vehicle (these were the items I had to request at time of negotiation). Nice work overall - just looking forward to the shipper to arrive that will be a great day!

We used this car for commuting & shopping. Never had a major repair. Just normal maintenance. I would recommend a Volkswagon Jetta all the time.

Its a great value with low mileage. I have been the only owner and i bought the car brand new. It has never needed any repairs and has never been in an accident

The 2 times I went in there, no one was there to help me. The cars I requested to test drive 1 had to be jumped and then we drove to the gas station to give it some gas. The people I felt with we very nice unfortunately they didn’t seem interested in selling me a vehicle. For cars salesmen they were not very hungry.

I BOUGHT THIS CAR A YEAR AGO ITS A 2013 JETTA TDI WHEN I GOT IT IT HAD 34K AS FAR AS IM CONCERNED ITS A GREAT CAR THE STEERING IS SUPER TIGHT AND RESPONSIVE. THE POWER IN THIS LITTLE 4 BANGER DIESEL IS VERY GOOD. I FEEL THIS CAR GETS A BAD RAP. IM GETTIN 39 MILES AROUND TOWN. THE RIDE IS SMOOTH AS SILK THE ONLY THING I DONT LIKE IS THE COST OF THE DSG FLUID AND FILTER CHANGE $499? THATS NUTS. BUT OTHER THAN THAT I HAVE NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT. FOR 7K ITS A GREAT CAR.

They arrived promptly, packed everything quickly, and ensured that nothing was damaged during the move. I really appreciated their attention to detail, especially with fragile items. I spotted a car I was interested in on Craigslist and came in to check it out. I was immediately presented with the CarFax and allowed to see the car. I live 2.5 hours away and was able to place a deposit and set up a day to finish the sale. My sales associate, Chase, was professional and responsive to emails. He had my paperwork ready to go when I arrived, and it was quick and easy (though I hope I'm not doomed to being hounded by the third-party extended warranty provider). I did not have an outside inspection done on my vehicle (the service records in the CarFax were pretty complete), but someone asked about having one done while I was there and it didn't seem to be a problem. I am happy with both my vehicle and the purchasing process.
