I love this car. Spacious, smooth, safer, economical both fuel and maintenance. I have owned this car from 2015 brand new, 10 years down the line and I’m still happy and won’t trade it for any other car. Done over 220000kms and still going strong. Kudos to VW in the Jetta 2015 model. No regrets.

If it's a 2.0 slow then it's very reliable. Bought the car new, now with 110k no major breakdowns. Make sure it had the proper timely maintenance and it be a good reliable car. Very slow but economic. Transmission fluid change is a must. I was late in it but after the change the car shifted much better.

I had a very stress free and simple purchase. My salesman Sayed was outstanding — very knowledgeable, very accommodating of changing schedules, and very pleasant to work with. There were none of the “usual tricks” — disappearing with the trade-in keys, asking “what it would take to buy the car today” etc etc. They honored the “internet price” without being asked. The best compliment I can give is that I would go back there to buy another new car.

This is a great car to own and drive. With the TDI option, even after the Diesel-Gate fiasco, I was hesitant in purchasing the car. But they, VW, proved it can come back from adversity and provide the consumer with a car they can trust. On a recent cross country trip for NY to Washington and back, we managed to obtain real world driving fuel economy of 50+mpg. This was confirmed with miles travelled and fuel purchased. Never did like the computer mpg estimates. Not bad for a fully laden vehicle with three passengers and all the luggage. In town it is a blast to drive with the 6 speed manual transmission. When it needs to it can get up and go. Not super car performance by any means, but will provide the average driver with a rush of adrenaline and performance when needed. Good enough for having just spent a purchase price < $10k. This thing has over 100,000 mile and still running strong. My other VW, a TDI as well, is a 2006 with a 5 speed manual and it too is running strong with over 230,000 mile on the odometer. Wish they would offer an Atlas with the TDI, I would buy it yesterday! Too bad they only sell them in Russia!

My wife and I live in Jacksonville, so naturally we looked around at the Honda dealerships here. Not finding a positive connection, we looked online and showed interest in a Fit that Lake City had. Not only did they outperform and out price ANY dealer in Jacksonville, they treated us like friends. They didn&apos;t sell us a car...they sold us on them. Not only did we buy the car but my family here plans on buying theirs in Lake City as well. I’ve had my share of crap with dealerships. I had the pleasure of working with a very patient knowledgeable salesman “John” at this location. He helped me locate the vehicle I wanted in a timely manner. It arrived and was taken care of the entire process. I received fair market value for my trade. There was no need to haggle just sign and drive. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a quality used car. This vehicle is almost new. That’s because carmax cares about what they sell. If you know your price ahead of time this is your place. They got me out the door in less than 2 hrs. Those of you who have purchased cars that could be an all day affair. Everyone was friendly . I can’t say enough good things. There’s no dealership that could compare to carmax. This place met my expectations.

We had a great purchase experience, thanks to exceptional service from our sales representative, Tommy Lane, who was able to find us the vehicle with the colors and features we wanted and get it to their dealership from another dealership the same day. He also took almost an hour after his shift was supposed to end to go over all the vehicle features before we went home with the vehicle, which was greatly appreciated. Edward Brown also did a great job during the sales paperwork process of fully explaining every document and walked us through the various financing and warranty options without pressuring us into any specific route.

Great experience!! First time buying from a real dealership and everyone was telling me “ you’ll be there all day trying to buy” but I was in and out pretty quick and the lady who sold me the truck was real nice and helpful defiantly recommend CARMAX!

Everyone that I dealt with, throughout the entire process had amazing attitudes and willing to help in any way possible. I was willing to pay Carmax’ $199 to ship a Subaru Ascent to Memphis. When I tried to send in that payment it got rejected. No amount of effort on my part was able to get it to go. So I gave up.

No pressure, cars looked great, loved Pierre heroldson very knowledgeable, helpful. I've decided when I buy my car it will be at carmax. Only thing I don't like is paying for transferring car.
