Today a friend of mine showed me the bad reviews on this website and asked me if I am sure that this is the place. I just purchased a Chevy Suburban from Hertz Car Sales in Des Plaines Illinois. it was a great all around experience. Rocco was my sales representative and he did everything that i asked. He was responsive and my the whole experience very easy. Len was the sales manager who handled all of my paperwork and that could not have been easier. I would recommend this dealer to all of my friends. A very easy experience
