He was knowledgeable, professional, prompt in responding and friendly. Specifically, he managed expectations and answered my questions directly. Nik is the sales manager, and was fantastic to deal with as we got the purchase rolling. Having been in the business, I understand how the sales manager is at the nexus of everything going on. Not once, despite being busy, did Nik make me feel rushed. Again, prompt and direct in getting things done right. John, the finance manager took over, processing my paperwork and made it seamless and easy. When I needed a temporary tag, he immediately saw to it. My car was delivered, and everything was done to perfection. Such a great VW experience! Rich was professional, and so knowledgeable- he answered every question I had about the vehicles I was looking at and made the process go smoothly and quickly. He also patiently explained the tech and features in the VWs and even my insurance app! Robert and Anthony made me feel comfortable with the financial side of things. I did not feel pressured to buy anything I didn’t love, they worked with various lenders to help me get the best deal, and I understood everything I signed. Trenton is extremely knowledgeable and can explain exactly how things work and why your car needs certain repairs or maintenance. He breaks everything down clearly, with no expectation of anything in return. Even if you just have a question, he makes it feel like he’s right there beside you walking you through every step. Jill went out of her way to help us with our needs. I was looking for a vehicle that my mom could get in and out of comfortably. She tried multiple vehicles and we eventually left to explore other options. We looked at Honda and nothing worked, then to Buick and Toyota. At this point we thought we’d never find something that met our needs. We went back and looked at the Legacy again with Jill and she showed sent us out in a test drive.
