I love this car. Spacious, smooth, safer, economical both fuel and maintenance. I have owned this car from 2015 brand new, 10 years down the line and I’m still happy and won’t trade it for any other car. Done over 220000kms and still going strong. Kudos to VW in the Jetta 2015 model. No regrets.

62,000 follow-up to my earllier 50,000 mile review. No issues at all (still on the factory original double platinums) Fuelly cacl's 40.6 MPG since new (In 70City/30Highway use) Well engineered power train (5M with good synchros, light clutch engagement - - - make for very easy to drive rating.

This is my 2nd Mk6 Jetta. The first one I leased had zero issues with it. It was a 2017 1.4t S trim. My current Jetta a 2016 Sport 1.8t trim is a great vehicle! I bought it in 2019 as a CPO with 38k miles and now it has 127,500 miles and counting! Has give me zero problems. All I’ve done was kept up with its regular maintenance. I’ve used it to get around town and for long trips. Great on gas, roomy, nice backup camera and Apple CarPlay still works with the factory head unit! It also has VW’s built in Navigation system and Sirius XM which has come in handy a few times. The trunk is spacious with rear seats that fold down. The center rear seat comes with an arm rest and a pass through to the trunk. I also love the heated two tones white and black leatherette seats that come with the Sport trim. Driving wise, it handles great with good acceleration for a compact sedan. Easy to park as well!

I want to start off with the compassion this place has for the customers. I never once felt pressured for anything when being here and talking with the sales reps. I had the pleasure of doing business with Rami. He took things at my pace, was very understanding and I felt tried his hardest to get me into the car I so desperately wanted. He kept me updated on the car and walked me through each step making sure I was comfortable and answering my questions to reassure me of what was going on. Then came the gorgeous Vanessa who emailed me during the week to make sure my dream car was still available. When I went into the dealership she introduced herself and sat to talk to me even though I was working with Rami. She was very nice and also made my experience that much better. She honestly cared and I could tell by how passionately she spoke to me and could see it in her eyes. Last came Argenis who tried his hardest to get me the best deal I could handle. He was very professional and walked me through everything. He made the experience very comfortable and I am very pleased with my whole experience here. I would recommend 10/10. My best experience by far with any auto group.

Dec. 13, 2018. Let's start at the beginning. I am a senior Citizen in Loma Linda by Redlands. About a month ago I went to a local Honda dealer ( no name here.) On the quotation the salesman added a $2,500 Maintenance agreement and $900.00 gap insurance without telling me about it, I walked out. On Dec. 12, 2018 I walked into the Hertz sales at 7750 Indiana Ave. In Riverside, Ca. I spoke to Mr. Chris Knighton and asked him if he had a Chevy Impala. He directed me to one on the lot which was a Gorgeous Metallic dark blue, exactly what my wife and I wanted. It was loaded with every electronic device know to mankind. The dash lit up like a Boeing 787 Dream liner. The price was five to seven thousand dollars less than any other dealers in the area. He did not load up the contract with extras. He EXPLAINED AND ASKED ME if I wanted any extra warranty and gap insurance. After I spent time looking at the Math. I agreed and added the extras. My credit score was 761 so they beat my military credit union's interest rate. Amazing. Mr. Rizwan Azam the financial man gave me an awesome deal and my wife and I are very pleased with our purchase. He was kind and gracious with me and answered any question I had in a professional manner. Honesty is expected. These men along with the man in the back room who drew up the contract were helpful, professional, friendly and took every opportunity to set me up with the car of are dreams. The Impala is the car that my wife and I wanted. Not a sports car as so many young people want, that jostle and bounce around and make every pebble on the road feel like a big rock. We wanted the smooth ride and we got it. I believe from my many years of teaching and simply living life that those complainers want everybody to baby them and provide snacks and a big fancy waiting room like a big car dealership. Remember folks, those big million dollar dealership buildings are paid for my you the buying public who will pay one hundred fifty dollars for an oil change and buy super retail. Hertz is selling you a car at a slim margin. Give them a break. They are a great outfit. Mr. Knighton and Mr. Azam and the contract's man in the rear made me feel like a family member. Mr. Knighton's personality was such that I truly call him my friend. These people were honest beyond reproach. I would highly recommend anybody to buy a car from them. Of course one has to check out ANY car before buying. They certainly did a great job on their inspection. Remember, people abuse rental cars. Getting my car serviced at the Toyota in Corona went like clockwork. Steve kept me updated and the service was great.

I purchased this car new but kept it only 2 years as I needed more space for my growing kids, their friends, and their activities. Mine was a sport model with black and white interior. Despite a rather average gas mileage for the size of the car, everything else was solid and the car was pretty spacious inside. The sport tuned suspension made it more fun to drive than the average Jetta. The only regret that I had is that this year model didn't come with a sunroof, even as an option. Other than that, it's a great car for a small family and the interior is resistant to active children :)

Our sales rep Isaiah was awesome across the board. Very responsive, friendly and NOT pushy which can be make or break for me. My only complaint is the time it took to finally get to the Finance dept and complete the paperwork. We planned to buy the car that morning, arrived at 5:30pm and didn't get out of there until after 9. I would definitely buy a car from Hertz again though.

Roy went above and beyond in making sure I am happy with my deal. He called me days later to follow up. That is the kind of after-sales service you would like. The dealership is also clean and very accessible. I would highly recommend this dealership to all my friends and family.

Had my 2020 Durango. They did a great job my car runs like new. The reason I’m giving 5 ⭐️ cuz of Beni he kept in touch through the whole process. They replace the motor mounts on both sides, service airbags and change the oil pressure sensor. Thank you Benny. I am most definitely come back and service the Durango again.
