We just purchased a 2025 Kia K4 here. The car had an issue and it failed MD inspection. We called the salesman to tell him what happened and he was absolutely useless! However, the Sales Managers (Daniel and Aziz) that worked on our deal stepped in and helped to resolve the issue. I sent them the report that was provided from the Auto Shop that did the inspection. I brought the car back to have their service team look into the matter. Daniel made sure that we had a loaner while they had our car looked for the issue. Their service team look at it and they said nothing was wrong. The service team even went as far as to question the integrity of the place I took the car to get the inspection. Then Aziz sent the car over to the Kia service team and they said nothing was wrong with the car. I thought that was the end of it. I thought I was stuck with the car with an issue because the salesman had said the car is sold as is. However, the car failed inspection again. I took the car to a Kia Dealership in MD and they found the same issue as the place that did the inspection. I called Aziz back and sent him the findings from the Kia Dealership had provided. He told me he'd call me back in 20 mins. He called me back and told me to they would pay for the repair! These two gentlemen handled the situation with professionalism and went above and beyond to assist me and my family and ensure a positive outcome for! They are the reason for the 4 star rating. The salesman is the reason they didn't didn't get 5 stars! Aziz and Daniel, thank you for your professionalism throughout this entire process!

My husband and I were shopping for a 2019 Tucson, and I thought I'd try Avis car sale dealership directly, since many of the cars we were considering were previous rental cars. Unfortunately, Avis didn't have the car we were looking for, but I did notice that their prices on other cars were extremely competitive. Ana Roa was assigned to us and she wasn't pushy when I explained that we were looking for Tucsons, and they didn't seem to have any. Ana explained that, for some reason, Hyundai actually takes the Tucson's back, so Avis does not sell them on their lots. Wow, a quick, straight answer from someone I've only met through emails. When I asked if Ana could recommend another place to find 2019 Tucsons, and she kindly suggested a competing dealership. Despite knowing she wouldn't be able to sell us anything, Ana continued to kindly and professionally answer questions. She also said that if we ever were interested in anything on her lot, not to hesitate to call. I don't know about you, but that's my kind of salesperson. I won't forget Ms. Noa - and when we're in the market for a car again, Ms. Noa will be one of the first people we contact. She's a real asset to Avis!

When additional repairs that were outside the scope for my original visit arose he communicated these needs along with explanations. This was my first time at this dealership so I was not familiar with the waiting appointments verses the drop off appointments. I was not scheduled for a waiting appointment but because of my travel distance was allowed to wait. Throughout my wait my advisor checked on me several times.

We were a little leary of dealerships and in the past feeling intimidated bad uncaring salespeople who treat you like your a number. We decided to go to Capital Chevrolet in Lexington as my friend had told me, her saleslady who's she's bought from for years had started working there, she has great reviews, credentials and Kim even showed us the commercials where she had been on TV and the internet. We pull up and to our suprise we are greeted with the warmest smile and welcome from the exact person we went to see, Trisha Hulin! I've never felt more welcomed at a dealership as I did that day. Immediately all of my fears melted away, without her speaking a word I knew we were in good hands and she was everything Kim said she was. She greeted us with a smile, opened our doors and even helped me get my elderly mother inside and seated. She Immediately ask if we'd like a beverage or a snack, it was like visiting family, we were treated like royalty and we felt important and appreciated. I had some credit struggles and was nervous about it but Trisha assured me that she would take care of us and indeed she did. She worked with such grace ,integrity and honesty every step of the way, she was dressed and carried herself very professionally, you knew she genuinely cared and was there to help us and guide us in the right direction. That lifted such a heavy weight off of my shoulders. Just knowing she was doing everything she could for us was such a blessing, I can see why she's highly recommended and everyone raves about her. She worked hard and diligently but, she got us approved for the vehicle that we wanted, me and mom were ecstatic. I admire her so much, for her love of helping others and with a smile on her face every step of the way. She has the sweetest spirit, very positive, she's beautiful and she went above and beyond to take care of us. I can never thank her enough for all of her hard work and determination. I also saw several of her new coworkers asking her for help and guidance and she didn't hesitate for one minute to lend a helping hand, this just isn't something you typically see at a dealership, she spoke highly of everyone, not one negative word from her even though we heard one of the managers make a rude comment towards her, that did leave a bitter taste in my mouth, but Trisha just smiled and kept moving. I have no doubt that there is challenging days for her, but her determination is that that I've never seen before in my 60 years. She took such great care of mom and I, and we are happy with our new Equinox, she took care of us from the very beginning and still calls to check in on us truly exceptional customer service and truly the best experience I've ever had. She is like family to us now and she truly made an impact for the good on me and mom that day. We will never buy from anyone else but her as Kim and so many other's do. If your in the market for a vehicle,or know someone that is, ask for Trisha Hulin @Capital Chevrolet in Lexington NC. She's active on social media and Kim even Googled her name and a whole page about her with positive feedback and reviews from her past decade as a phenomenal sales consultant. I hope this company realizes how amazing she is, and that they acknowledge that she works hard for them and her family. I'm still blown away at the quality of exceptional service that we got working with Trisha. Good credit or bad credit she treats you with the upmost respect and appreciation, that's the way all dealership sales should be, like Trisha!
