Well I didn't get a car because I let them know about my bad experience with other dealerships they wanted to still come in but I told One of the dealers i Will think about it but right now I don't know if I can trust another car dealership

great car to drive to work everyday, to travel to other city or town with a superior suspension. also to give as gift to our son or daughter in their birthday.

The buying process was great. Our salesman was fantastic as well as the finance department. My only gripe is how long it took once we said yes to a vehicle to drive the vehicle off the lot. Once everything is a go, we should not be there for 4 hours to finalize a deal. We should be out within an hour. The finance manager had to walk between 2 buildings multiple times, she should have had an office in the Lincoln building as well. A lot of unnecessary wasted time. Please improve this process, should not be a difficult change.

New car 9/2017: odometer now at 65000 miles. No issues at all since new. Fuelly.com calculates 40.5 MPG in 30/70 highway/city driving. 5 speed manual transmission has excellent synchros - and with a very light clutch engagement plus short throw gear changes - this 2017 1.4 turbo is fun to drive.

I have owned my 2021 VW Jetta for close to two years. I have very little negative things to say about the car. The car does have auto start-stop when stopped for red lights and other lengthy stops. This car handles well. It gets on highways quickly. I have recorded gas on long trips 42 mpg. I get 32mpg around town. The Jetta looks nice. I have the gray color with black interior. It’s not like the BMW335 I owned but it is a good car for me. Currently over 36k miles with no issues. I take it in ever 10,000 miles for a check up and oil changes.

62,000 follow-up to my earllier 50,000 mile review. No issues at all (still on the factory original double platinums) Fuelly cacl's 40.6 MPG since new (In 70City/30Highway use) Well engineered power train (5M with good synchros, light clutch engagement - - - make for very easy to drive rating.

Autumn 2017 purchase - and with manufacturer + dealer discounting - this brand new car was only $14,000 or so. Great on fuel (41 MPG City 60/Hwy40) Easy to use 5M, light clutch, good disc brakes. At 50,000 miles I've had ZERO issues

I've owned VW's off and on for years. My first Jetta was purchased in the 90's. Good car. It was nimble, comfortable and had really good gas mileage. It was different from the "Bug" and "Bus" but quite pleasing to own and look at. My current Jetta is a 2020 model year and I enjoy its looks, comfort, mileage and nimbleness. Volkswagens are truly the "peoples car".

I took my 2016 VW Passat to O’Steen’s service department on Wednesday, 11/3/2021, for an oil and filter change, tire rotation, fluid top-off and safety equipment inspection. As it turned out, my vehicle also needed a coolant and brake fluid flush. I was very pleased with the service department staff, Phillip “Flip” Pierce and Richard Bush. They took the time to answer my questions and updated me in the waiting area on the additional service needed. I could definitely tell a difference in the way my car felt while driving after I left the dealership!! I was also impressed with the courtesy of the staff as I waited in the service area. I purchased my 2019 Jetta R-Line brand new with 27 miles on the odometer in June of 2020. As of this review I have owned the vehicle nearly 5 years. My car now has 57,000 miles on it. I have never experienced any mechanical failures. The vehicle still has the factory battery, brake pads, and rotors. I have only replaced the tires and cabin air filter. Aside from that, routine maintenance including oil changes every 7,500 miles (despite VW calling for 10k interval), and flushing the coolant and brake fluids around 50k miles. My car is comfortable albeit a little small for a man of my stature. It's excellent on gas and handles like a dream. I have gotten compliments on it's looks since day one. The cold weather package is excellent and essential up here in the northeast. I paid 20k for the car brand new and its proven to be an excellent value. My only complaints, the stock sound system is not horrible but it's not great. Also, the driver seat is beginning to have cracks in the leather. I'm very satisfied with this vehicle. I hope this one lasts a while but I will check out VW first for my next vehicle purchase.

This car has guts an a really fast transmission I’m talking just the 1.4 tsi I have the se version with heated seated heated mirrors an windows blind spot monitoring it’s more than comfortable an has plenty of both leg an head room ,it makes for a great family car or if your like me no kids but 4 dogs the dogs actually all fit back there comfortably for only 150 hp this car is snappy I got about 7.5 0 to 60 using premium gasoline but not nessasary I feel the car feels a lot better with 91 gas reguardless this car is a lot of fun especially on the twistys 8.5 out 10

Never owned a diesel, but very easy to get accustomed to. The Jetta is very comfortable and gets great gas mileage 45mpg. Jetta also has performance if you need or want it. Overall this car has turned me into a VW enthusiast.
