Very smooth first time car buying experience. Patrick helped me to find a perfect car but unfortunately it had a minor recall and the part was back ordered. Patrick and the owner worked with me to find a different car and even matched the price of the one I wanted originally. I spoke with Syed on the phone about a car he had in his inventory, Syed was very professional and helpful in answering my questions before I drove 3 hours to look at a car on his lot. I missed a turn and Atlanta traffic is a nightmare so I was late getting there, Syed had even called to check on me to make sure I was still coming. That's above and beyond. When I arrived I have to say they were very busy and they have a lot of very nice cars on their lot. There were customers everywhere so this is a high volume dealership. Syed was up front and greeted me with out having to wait. Again above and beyond. Although the car I came to see was not the one for me, I didn't care for the interior color, it was a very nice car. I had read a lot of bad reviews from other customers and I felt the need to share my experience. Again this is a high volume/very busy dealership, there will be some unhappy customers. Don't let that deter you from visiting this lot. There are a lot of nice vehicles there.

This was the 1st car that I bought brand new a 2012 jeddah station wagon I like this car a lot have a 150000 miles on it only one issue and that was resolved quickly I keep it maintained I take care of oil changes when needed And it has been a very good car

I purchased my 2019 Jetta R-Line brand new with 27 miles on the odometer in June of 2020. As of this review I have owned the vehicle nearly 5 years. My car now has 57,000 miles on it. I have never experienced any mechanical failures. The vehicle still has the factory battery, brake pads, and rotors. I have only replaced the tires and cabin air filter. Aside from that, routine maintenance including oil changes every 7,500 miles (despite VW calling for 10k interval), and flushing the coolant and brake fluids around 50k miles. My car is comfortable albeit a little small for a man of my stature. It's excellent on gas and handles like a dream. I have gotten compliments on it's looks since day one. The cold weather package is excellent and essential up here in the northeast. I paid 20k for the car brand new and its proven to be an excellent value. My only complaints, the stock sound system is not horrible but it's not great. Also, the driver seat is beginning to have cracks in the leather. I'm very satisfied with this vehicle. I hope this one lasts a while but I will check out VW first for my next vehicle purchase.

I got the Jetta sport and LOVE it! It handles well and isn’t a gas guzzler. It’s a brand new car and it’s beautiful (I had a 14 yr old VW minivan until now)

The 2023 Jetta S and Jetta Sport are just about the best value you can find in a new car these days. Sure, you can buy a Hyundai or a Kia for a little less, but the Jetta is so much more car. I know from experience. I test drove the 2023 Kia Forte, Hyundai Elantra, Honda Civic, and Toyota Corolla. And the Jetta stood out with a level of quality that those other cars just didn't seem to have. If you need the latest technology, and a huge touchscreen, buy one of those other cars. The Jetta has a smaller screen. But I like that the Jetta still have knobs and buttons for the A/C and basic radio controls. The Jetta is also offered without driver assist features if you want to save some money. I bought my 2023 Jetta Sport without lane keep assist and all those extra features I don't like, because I pay attention when I drive. This knocked off a nice bit of money. After driving all those new cars, the Jetta had room where I needed it, comfort, and a level of quality I just didn't feel in the other cars, so I bought it. And I am very happy with my purchase.

TDI. Great mileage - 40 mpg at 75 mph. Always starts in the winter. Very solid and dependable vehicle and fun to drive! This is the second TDI Jetta I have owned. A shame they don't make them anymore!
