To make this as short and accurate as possible, I was in the car buying process for about 3 months. The very first time I went to Subaru of Gwinnett I went only for a test drive. Nelson, my salesperson acknowledge my intent and was very respectful of it. After several weeks, Nelson Never did once try to push me or rush me into deciding to buy a car. He allowed me to test drive another model I was interested in, and over the course of a few weeks, we worked together to find the perfect car. Once we determined what car was best, he did an outstanding job at finding the car and getting us a good deal on it. When it came time to purchase the car, the process was very painless and quick. Imprecise steering, especially bad at highway speeds, needs constant correction. Stiff, at times jarring ride around town. Awful entertainment system, radio and navigation cannot be turned off only turned down until car is restarted. Ready to cancel lease and walk away from $3000 down payment less than 2 months into lease.
Silvia was a great person to work and seal the deal with! She helped us step by step in insuring we got exactly the car we wanted. She made our experience at Volkswagen very great so did all the people there. Everyone was very friendly, patient, and easy to work with. Will definitely recommend people to purchase their cars here!

This car is great for the price you pay. It comes with all sorts of upgrades standard with the base price. I would recommend this car to everyone.
The TDI that I purchased was originally "not for sale" that was supposed to be sent to an auction. The Sales manager Talas worked with me because it was the only one on their lot. He put new tires on the car, fixed a wheel bearing, and got me a great price. I was very happy with how the took care of me as their customer. Silvia was incredibly nice and was the best agent to work with. The dealership was no pressure, down to earth, good people.

I love the space this vehicle has. 5 adults fit comfortably and I get compliments on it all the time! Drive smooth and love all the features VW offers

Best mileage, comfort, and driving distance. Would not change it, but job changed, no longer will be driving as much. Mainly was used to drive between hospitals. Most mileage was freeway, minimal city driving wear and tear.
Great customer service. He is friendly and took the time to show me the car, answered all my questions, also offered to bring back the car for a complete detail since it was late night when we bought it. I'm pleased with his assistance and definitely will recommend friends and family.

It started with Lynette Brown, a friend of mine who works in your Corporate office taking time to inform me of the many incentives Mercedes offer for purchase or lease. She referred me to Casey while taking time to contact her on my behalf. When I finally connected with Casey I set an appointment to see her thinking she was in sales. I have had a lot of more expensive Mercedes (luxurious) and sorry i decided to choose a less expensive model as it is disappointing for a Mercedes. It is noisier, has fewer amenities, etc.

Breaks constantly . Reason why it goes from 75k msrp to 30k used 2 years old with 30k miles. Constantly in under warranty repairs and you don’t evwn get a Maserati loaner car.
If Mr. Dan Burris is an example of all the emplyees in Ferrari and Maserati of Atlanta you have a pristine operation. I recently pursused a Ferrari from your dealership and worked with Mr. Burris. I cannot say enough to how pleasant and easy was my visit. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Prompt and multitasked from sales to finance. He follows through on each detail and treat you like one of his family. The facility was clean, nice and comfortable. I was very satisfied at the end of my visit and it was the easiest purchase I made in my life with Mr. Burris help. The XC90 is a beautiful and functional SUV. There is plenty of storage space, seating is comfortable, and the large screen is very functional. The cameras are extremely helpful. I am so glad I purchased this car.
Quickly diagnosed check engine light, ordered part and had the car repaired and ready within 24 hours. Todd provided updates so that I knew what was happening.

I added a S90 to my luxury taxi fleet, the base T5 Momentum is plenty to accelerate into the highway and I average 28mpg, my customers seem to enjoy the quiet ride and plenty of leg room, if music is preferred mine has the B&W upgrade stereo that is super fantastic. The car is almost crash proof with all the tech. I am enjoying it and looking forward to adding a 2018 when they reach the used price point that works for my situation.
The dealership was clean but under construction - bathrooms in sales area was not available. Knew exactly what we came in to buy...Salesman immediately tried to direct us to something he wanted to sell. When we drove what he wanted us to drive, we got him to show us what we wanted to see. Meanwhile, as he tried to park the first vehicle, he backed it up into my wife, hitting her in the back (so much for pedestrian warning device). Long story short, we drove the vehicle we came to see, liked it, made an offer and the salesman told us the Manager said no, and made a counter. We said thanks but no thanks, and as we were driving off the lot, the manager met us and accepted our offer. It is a shame you have to play these games just to buy a car.

Is this a car or a computer on wheels. I love the big tablet touchscreen. Much prefer that over buttons and knobs; most of which are so redundant. Have only had it a couple of weeks but get a lot of oohs and ahhs. I got the top level Inscription. I chose to get 18" wheels to improve ride quality and quietness. It was too noisy and rough for me with the 20" wheels. To say that Volvo takes safety to the extreme is an understatement. I really did my shopping this time and didn't find any other car with all the bells and whistles.
Brett Bauer was lovely to work with. He coordinated our delivery and put a personal, friendly face on the car buying experience. We appreciated his open, honest demeanor and willingness to work with our busy schedules. A pleasure and would recommend to anyone!

I have had 2 heater Fans in this car. Getting ready for third one now. To make things worse the Dealer cannot seem to fix it. According to the Manual this is not a safety defect. I completely disagree. Cannot defrost windshield or drive in cold weather with defective fan. Also
wheel Covers do not protect brakes from excessive corrosion or wear. Causes premature brake rework due to excessive exposure to road salt used in New England. . DO NOT BUY THIS CAR (2014 OUTBACK.)
I recently purchased my vehicle and had to get a defect fixed. When I called the service center, I was able to get an appointment and get the problem fixed quickly. Everyone was helpful in explaining the issue, providing a loaner car so I could get to work on time and even cleaned my car!!

This car meets my families needs. It has a great infotainment system. The chairs are comfortable and it has a lot of safety features. The XC90 T6 suprisongly has a lot of power for a 4-cylinder.

Perfect fit for when I have 6 of my grandchildren with me and storage is great having to transport a baby stroller and my husband Walker and have groceries.
The only problem is we sometimes smell strong odor of gas. But there isn't a recall for it. We taking it in just as soon as we can get my second car running .
