I bought this car online and dealt with Cesar, my sales rep. He was amazing and along with the general manager made the buying process simple and easy. They sent me photos and we facetimed to be able to see the car inside and out in detail. Cesar picked me up at the airport, had paperwork ready, test drove the car with me, had the vehicle nicely detailed and with a full tank of gas and showed me all the new features on my new car. I was very thankful for that because much has changed with MB and so much more technology to learn from my 2010 E class. The ride and comfort of the GLC300 is superb and driving it over 2000 miles homes was such a pleasure. I have owned my 2021 VW Jetta for close to two years. I have very little negative things to say about the car. The car does have auto start-stop when stopped for red lights and other lengthy stops. This car handles well. It gets on highways quickly. I have recorded gas on long trips 42 mpg. I get 32mpg around town. The Jetta looks nice. I have the gray color with black interior. It’s not like the BMW335 I owned but it is a good car for me. Currently over 36k miles with no issues. I take it in ever 10,000 miles for a check up and oil changes.

Overall experience is good. People were caring and helped to buy a car without any tension at all.

I've owned VW's off and on for years. My first Jetta was purchased in the 90's. Good car. It was nimble, comfortable and had really good gas mileage. It was different from the "Bug" and "Bus" but quite pleasing to own and look at. My current Jetta is a 2020 model year and I enjoy its looks, comfort, mileage and nimbleness. Volkswagens are truly the "peoples car".

This place is amazing! They have so many cars to choose from. Plus they have an exotics lane which is really cool, they have everything from a Benz to a Porsche! The whole buying process is very quick, I bought my car in two hours and drove home. In comparison to the Mercedes of Stevens Creek, which literally took me 8 hours to buy after I picked out my car. The only knock is the service department, which doesn’t do paint repair for scratches, even though they told me that the scratches on my car would be fixed, they only used touch up paint, which looks like I did it myself and not professionally done like I wanted. But it was a used car, so no big deal. Overall I highly recommend!

I purchased my 2019 Jetta R-Line brand new with 27 miles on the odometer in June of 2020. As of this review I have owned the vehicle nearly 5 years. My car now has 57,000 miles on it. I have never experienced any mechanical failures. The vehicle still has the factory battery, brake pads, and rotors. I have only replaced the tires and cabin air filter. Aside from that, routine maintenance including oil changes every 7,500 miles (despite VW calling for 10k interval), and flushing the coolant and brake fluids around 50k miles. My car is comfortable albeit a little small for a man of my stature. It's excellent on gas and handles like a dream. I have gotten compliments on it's looks since day one. The cold weather package is excellent and essential up here in the northeast. I paid 20k for the car brand new and its proven to be an excellent value. My only complaints, the stock sound system is not horrible but it's not great. Also, the driver seat is beginning to have cracks in the leather. I'm very satisfied with this vehicle. I hope this one lasts a while but I will check out VW first for my next vehicle purchase.

I bought a 21 SEL Premium with 5k miles on it. Has fully digital dashboard display which is awesome because it's fully customizable, and you can even use the entire screen to display a map which shows local businesses as you drive near them. This vehicle also has Beats by Dre which I find terribly disappointing. My 2012 Toyota Camry had a JBL sound system which was 3 times better than this system. It also (at times) creates a bass thump when I make a call while listening to the radio which is irritating. The other issue that has me bummed was the cruise control system would fail half the time. I just got it fixed yesterday but time will tell as I've only engaged it once since dealership fixed it. The cabin feels very comfortable and is quiet on the road. The lane departure assist and assisted cruise control are impressive features that most will appreciate. Steering wheel controls are also nice features.

I love this car. Spacious, smooth, safer, economical both fuel and maintenance. I have owned this car from 2015 brand new, 10 years down the line and I’m still happy and won’t trade it for any other car. Done over 220000kms and still going strong. Kudos to VW in the Jetta 2015 model. No regrets.

I have owned 2 VW Jetta's both FANTASTIC dependable automobiles. The 2021 Jetta is such a pleasure to drive with its roomy interior and superb handling. It's fabulous gas milage of 40 highway/ 30 mpg city driving, the 1.4 L Turbo charged engine makes it a peppy car. The lane change assist on the side mirrors is quite a plus. It's a beautiful automobile inside and out. The full color touch screen has Blue tooth, Android Auto, Apple Car Play even a USB port. Has a great back-up camera, anti-lock brakes, multi-control steering wheel, keyless entry just to name a few of the cars features. What more could you want in a car? I have NEVER had a issue with either of my Jetta's. You will look forward to driving this automobile. Factory warranty because its such a well built automobile. It was very affordable for such a great car with features normally found on much more expensive automobiles.

Updating my review on the service department. I was contacted by Makan Ardalani who was amazing. They looked at my Rav4, inspected all of the brakes, ensured it was safe and even offered free detailing. Makan really made me feel heard regarding my concern with the brakes sound, and after the team re-looked at the brakes, I am no longer hearing any noises. I am hoping Makan gave feedback to the service dept regarding listening to folks' concerns, and I will definitely give this service department another try.

Great car. It had an after market receiver that was no good. I told them it was a deal breaker and they bought a good one for it, installed it and the back up camera I bought since my baby will need it. Very nice and excellent fuel mileage.

Really excellent customer service from Sam Okiyama. He was so thorough and knowledgeable that his information became the deciding factor in my decision to buy. Also Scott Yeager, really great phone communication, lots of courtesy, and he got a dent in the car handled in just a few minutes and the repair was done within a week. He expedited all the steps and I felt like he advocated for me throughout the entire transaction.

So my Habenero orange R Line is named Princess... she is quick when she needs to be, and eco mode is there for when she doesn't. Gas mileage is fantastic either way. She is so responsive, the handling on her is top notch. I've put a LOT of miles on her, I think upwards of 50k without a single mechanical failure. A few accidents, the front collision sensor is a pain to replace but I like in a bumper car city, unfortunately.

I came home really happy after being able to get a beautiful Honda odyssey. All this would not be possible if Tim where not there.He did everything so we can get our van at a good price, he was there bringing us snacks and water since the whole process took a while. I don't have words to express how grateful we are with him. Just ask or look for Tim to show you the car you want to buy, and you will not be regret of doing it. If it's a 2.0 slow then it's very reliable. Bought the car new, now with 110k no major breakdowns. Make sure it had the proper timely maintenance and it be a good reliable car. Very slow but economic. Transmission fluid change is a must. I was late in it but after the change the car shifted much better.

I got the Jetta sport and LOVE it! It handles well and isn’t a gas guzzler. It’s a brand new car and it’s beautiful (I had a 14 yr old VW minivan until now)
