Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. I have had this car from new. Leased new for 39 months. Will definitely purchase the car. There is really nothing negative about this car. Roomy, loaded with features, comfortable ride. Economical to drive. Great paint and fit and finish. When I leased this car, Imdrove a lot of different brands. Honda, Toyota, Hyundai, Mazda, Ford. No comparison to Passat.

Bought a 2016 CPO with about 65k miles. (Never had to use the warranty). 1.8 L turbo engine has surprising low end torque and lots of highway passing HP. GREAT MPG! Lots of leg room for all passengers. A really great road trip car. Lost it in a crash @ 110k :(

I bought a 2014 VW Passat SE in 2014 Brand New. I have done all the recommended maintenance on the car since I bought it and I have never had it break on me. I just hit 100k last month. I was driving down the highway a few weeks ago and I hit what appeared to be a piece of concrete or asphalt in the road. It made a loud thud under my car and I immediately lost power and the car turned off. I had it towed to the dealership. Whatever I hit took out my fuel pump that is inside the gas tank. They charged me $2100 to fix it. So I can tell you first hand these cars are reliable if you do all the maintenance like you are supposed to. But when they do Break, they cost way more than they should to fix them!

Bought it brand new. Overall not bad but has some flaws in ergonomics. Cheap plastic that doesnt stay in place. Had to glue gas tank door plate to prevent it from coming off. Little bit underpowered for a turbo. Windows control in weird place, never can get the right bottom without looking. Transmission always shifts like it cant pick the gear it wants to be in. May upshift and downshift at the same time which feels like you get kicked in the rear.

My 2016 Passat SE was purchased new and has not let us down. Our only expenses have been oil changes, replacing a battery and a set of tires due to age. Very good value & driver, a shame VW stopped its production.

After over 78000 miles, nothing but regular maintenance. Trip from Atlanta to Ohio, 40 mpg. In town mileage 31-32 mpg. Had a 2014 and it was a great car as well. Paid $16,999 on sale in 2017 on Passat S. Best car in 55 years of driving.

I purchased my SEL from a dealership with only 13k miles. Great Value with every option you can get in a car the only thing it doesn't come with is a Heads Up Mph Display. The Fender Speakers System with Apple Car Play sounds rich. It has Wifi Bluetooth ,Heated back seats, Trunk Release by Foot, Remote Start, Rain Sensing wipers, auto dim rearview mirror. Door Entry lights auto, unlocks car automatically with a push button start. I wish the engine had more muscle. Overall so far 4.5 Stars

Had the help of Lupe in buying a car. He was not pushy at all and answered all my questions. It can be a long day getting a new car which it was, but it was a pretty easy process. Also while waiting for numbers and paperwork the other staff would start a conversation with you as well talking cars.

Yesterday I purchased a car by phone for the first time. I am surprise after 51,596 and the heating core needs replacing? This does not seem normal, my nissian was over 180,000 miles before something happen to the heat. There has been a problem with this car from the beginning. When it was brand new (which I bought it with 16 miles?? brand new out of the show room) I had some problem with the air summer of 2016. The sales man told me to cut it Off and turn it back on. And it has been working but occasional I had to make that adjustment. I am not sure if this had anything to do with the heater coil. I talked to the service advisor and he had seen several core replacement. I was wondering if there was a RECALL. Please let me know as soon as possible. Thank you

My 2020 Passat SE is a great car. It has a comfortable ride. The 6 speed Tiptronic (automatic) transmission shifts smoothly. Minimal wind noise in the quiet cabin. Does not have auto engine stop/start feature (thank goodness) but does have adaptive cruise control, lane keeping assist, blind spot monitoring and rain sensing wipers. I get 31-32 mpg in town and about 36.5 mpg highway. My car insurance bill actually went down with all the safety features. I got my car for $7000 less than MSRP. Big trunk and plenty of legroom in back seat. 600+ mile range between fillups!

This car gets great gas mileage and is comfortable. Love taking it on road trips. Just wish it had heated seats for the winter. Also wish it had a sun roof.

The turbo charged four cylinder engine is peppy and gets 24 - 37 MPG. Handling and steering is nimble giving it a sports car feel. The bucket seats are well designed making them very comfortable for long trips.

Was originally looking for a 2015 Passat diesel. Found a 2017 Passat Sel with 14000 certified miles. Love the elegant look of the big sedan. Front and rear seating is almost limousine like. The ride is excellent. The handling is pretty good too. Pick up from the 1.8 litter 4 is more than adequate. My gas mileage around town is anywhere from 25 on the low end to about 29 when I really watch it. On the expressway it's amazing. I have a brother in Wisconsin and the drive is about 95 miles. I have never averaged less than 40 and as high as 43.4 mpg. I guess I don't need a diesel. Own it 3 years now and I'd recommend one to anyone looking for a great ride with looks and great gas milage to boot. If I have one complaint it would be the touch radio and infotainment center. It is very touchy and doesn't work half the time. It just gets stuck on the last station you were on. It should be recalled as I have read that others also have this issue. Other than that I love my Passat.

I bought a lease turn-in and it had 31k miles. So far, this car is in mint condition and rides and drives like a dream with a 4 cylinder turbo engine and no problems so far. This is a great looking, very roomy German vehicle with style and passaze. I hope this car last for many years to come.
