My appoinment times are always honored and I never get bumped. The shop never tries to upsell additional services and are excellent at providing future estimates of things to watch for or additional preventive maintenance. I appreciate that. I usually wait during my appointment, and appreciate the progress updates on my phone. I also appreciate the multpoint inspection reports that allow me to plan for tire replacements and other upcoming expenses. As a single woman, I appreciate the safety I feel with this shop and the care I receive from Gary and the rest of this crew. No patronizing and consistent informed updates and quality service.

Friendly and helpful staff, punctual and they listen to your needs. I have dealt with several service centers in the Hickory are and these folks ARE THE VERY BEST !!!

Brought car in for 50K service. Making appointment was easy to do online. Service was performed fine. Only issue was car was not ready at scheduled time of pickup and had to wait for car.
