Outstanding Experience at Everett Volkswagen of Rogers! After months of discussing options with Josh Leaton, I finally purchased a 2025 Volkswagen Atlas for my wife on January 28th. The entire process, from the moment we test drove the vehicle to receiving the keys, was effortless. When I informed Josh we were ready to move forward, they quickly assessed my trade-in, and within 30-40 minutes, provided a fair value and loan details. I had to leave briefly to pick up my son from school, and when I returned an hour and a half later, the paperwork was all ready for me to sign—no delays or stress. The sales guys were very helpful and easy to talk with. My husband and I went in with a preapproved loan from USAA, and we talked to the sales guys about the pre approval because we intended on using that financing for the car. When we met with Financing, we were told that they were not accepting payment form USAA as a “company policy.” We wish we were told earlier in the process that our financing would not be accepted. Overall, we love the car and would recommend Bob Moore, just wishing for better communication about the financing.

We bought a new car from Balise VW. Adams Ibrahim and Fabian Graham were absolutely incredible. From the moment we began the process they were transparent and forthcoming, patient and kind. They went out of their way to help us with the transaction. They weren't pushy, didn't belittle us, and they went above and beyond. Here's why this is significant. We bought our car from Balise in Rhode Island. But we live in Wisconsin. Adams and Fabian helped us to arrange shipping, they made sure our new vehicle was handled with tremendous care and they checked in constantly to make sure that delivery was on track and proceeding smoothly. We invested a significant amount of trust in them. What if our car arrived and it wasn't as advertised? What if it was damaged along the way? Adams and Fabian were heads and shoulders above the rest of the dealerships we spoke to. This isn't empty praise. We were speaking to other dealerships in Milwaukee, Stevens Point, St. Louis, Chicago, Delaware, and several other places. The dealership in St. Louis tried to trick us into a vehicle we didn't want. Other dealerships in Milwaukee were dismissive. A few of the dealers in Chicago told us they had the exact car we wanted but then it was mysteriously sold before we could reserve it. Adams and Fabian are extraordinary. If we decide to get another VW, we're inclined to work with Balise, and we will absolutely reach out to Adams and Fabian in the future. So I have to leave a review about Brad! The energy and approach of the entire team is personable without pressure or haggling. Also specifically I was going through a big health transition and they made sure I didn’t have to add any concern with the character of the sales experience. Brad made sure I was taken care of, communicated well and wanted me to have no gray area about the details involved in the sale. Another part of this is my old vehicle had come to its end and I was concerned on multiple levels and for them as a team to express naturally a humanity and authentic engagement was comforting to say the least! I left with a vehicle that brought me joy, met my needs and I also was clear that I had a vehicle that would give me premium performance

Jill went out of her way to help us with our needs. I was looking for a vehicle that my mom could get in and out of comfortably. She tried multiple vehicles and we eventually left to explore other options. We looked at Honda and nothing worked, then to Buick and Toyota. At this point we thought we’d never find something that met our needs. We went back and looked at the Legacy again with Jill and she showed sent us out in a test drive. I was looking for a car in September. I drove an Atlas as a used car dealership. So we decided to just check them out. Ethan McDonald who took us on was fantastic. I decided to wait to buy til later on. December came around and it was time to buy. I started shopping for the best deal in the area and became extremely frustrated with dealers and dealerships.
