My salesperson George Strong was the first person who actually made it happen. Even during a super busy time, he took the time to help me, communicated clearly, and was never pushy. We were able to work out a price I felt comfortable with and handle almost everything over text and phone. By the time I came in, it was just sign and drive. He also walked me through all the features in detail and has even followed up after the sale to make sure everything is going smoothly. They also have the largest Volkswagen selection I’ve seen in DFW, which made the whole process even easier. This was truly the easiest car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Clay Cooley was courteous and exceedingly professional in conducting their repairs. They kept me informed on progress at each step and once repairs were completed, readied the car for pickup.
