Great value for your money. Surpassed toyota canary for price and value. Only downside small 6.5 screen other than that the gas mileage is through the roof.

I looked at reviews and bad ones said they received no calls back or emails. I left my number and didn't get a call back for hours. Come to find out t7hey had a big meeting that morning. No biggie, I go by there on the way to work everyday. Better to talk in person anyhow. The people were excellent at their jobs. Got the car towed in late that afternoon and they ordered the parts after looking at it the next day. The day after the parts arrived they texted the car was ready that afternoon. . I was impressed ! Other VW places said it would be 10 days out before looking at it. Everyone was friendly, helpful , and courteous. It was a recall and to beat all, they gave the car a free $70 multi point inspection and said everything looked great. I was impressed, most dealers want to find something to get money. since the $800 plus recall was free. I'd recommend them to anyone I know or meet. It was probably one of the most satisfying experiences with anything related to cars in my 68 years. All those working at this dealership should be proud of their customer service !!!

White Marsh CarMax treated me excellent. After being married for 34 years,I had never bought a car on my own. My husband had done all the dealings for all our cars. He passed away 11 months ago. It was certainly a big life issue for me. My salesman Zack was very professional and not pushy at all.My daughter has dealt with Carmax for her cars in the past. She convinced me to try them. I can say I was not let down in any way. I traded my car and bought a 2016 Toyota Rav4. Very low mileage and like new.Drives so smooth. Very comfortable drive, leg room for 4 big adults, lots of tech features to assist driving. Also fuel economy close to 40 mpg, and visibility is very helpful when highway is packed

The Passat is a solid sedan and very reliable. I like the way it drives and feels on the road. The interior is very good size with more backseat and trunk room by far. The R Line is the best

I bought a 2014 VW Passat SE in 2014 Brand New. I have done all the recommended maintenance on the car since I bought it and I have never had it break on me. I just hit 100k last month. I was driving down the highway a few weeks ago and I hit what appeared to be a piece of concrete or asphalt in the road. It made a loud thud under my car and I immediately lost power and the car turned off. I had it towed to the dealership. Whatever I hit took out my fuel pump that is inside the gas tank. They charged me $2100 to fix it. So I can tell you first hand these cars are reliable if you do all the maintenance like you are supposed to. But when they do Break, they cost way more than they should to fix them!

We bought our 2012 VW Passat brand new and now it only has 80,000 miles on it. It has only needed tires, battery, and regular maintenance. Equipped with the five-cylinder engine it could use more power but has not used a drop of oil since we have owned it.
