Bob Bell Nissan Kia review
Mr. Crooms was a good salesman. Pretty laid back but helpful through the buying process. Only glitch was that we went all the way to Baltimore to buy a blue Nissan Sentra SV and then were told it was sold the day before, so we had to settle for a pearl white which wasn’t our first choice. May have been a bait and switch, but can’t confirm. Anyhow, all went pretty well!
2019 Volkswagen Jetta review
great car to drive to work everyday, to travel to other city or town with a superior suspension. also to give as gift to our son or daughter in their birthday.

2019 Volkswagen Jetta review
I love my new (to me) VW Jetta. It come equipped with so many features. It has some things I'd never even heard of. It will correct steering if you drift out of the lane, it had heated and COOLED seats, adaptive cruise control, automatic headlights and highbeams are also auto, etc. There's more but I can't list it all.

2023 Volkswagen Jetta review
The 2023 Jetta S and Jetta Sport are just about the best value you can find in a new car these days. Sure, you can buy a Hyundai or a Kia for a little less, but the Jetta is so much more car. I know from experience. I test drove the 2023 Kia Forte, Hyundai Elantra, Honda Civic, and Toyota Corolla. And the Jetta stood out with a level of quality that those other cars just didn't seem to have. If you need the latest technology, and a huge touchscreen, buy one of those other cars. The Jetta has a smaller screen. But I like that the Jetta still have knobs and buttons for the A/C and basic radio controls. The Jetta is also offered without driver assist features if you want to save some money. I bought my 2023 Jetta Sport without lane keep assist and all those extra features I don't like, because I pay attention when I drive. This knocked off a nice bit of money. After driving all those new cars, the Jetta had room where I needed it, comfort, and a level of quality I just didn't feel in the other cars, so I bought it. And I am very happy with my purchase.

Jerome's service was highly professional and demonstrated considerable effort to secure the vehicle I desired. He remained persistent and diligent throughout, even when I doubted the possibility of receiving the car. The finance team was also very helpful. I greatly appreciate their teamwork. I recommend everyone to visit and purchase a vehicle from them, as they are dedicated to serving your needs. Thank you.

J.B.A. Kia review
I had a fantastic experience with Walter (dealer) and all the employees. The loan process was great, easy, and was very simple to follow and understand. I felt VERY comfortable with everyone there, everyone was very hospitable too. They checked to see if I was thirsty or wanted a snack. It was busy Saturday but every single person working there had a smile on their face and said hi as they walked by. I'm extremely pleased with the car I bought and walter, my dealer, made sure I was satisfied with the deal, and my trade in. I highly recommend this dealership whether you're buying a used or new car!! Thank you Walter and the entire staff.
2014 Volkswagen Passat review
I bought a 2014 VW Passat SE in 2014 Brand New. I have done all the recommended maintenance on the car since I bought it and I have never had it break on me. I just hit 100k last month. I was driving down the highway a few weeks ago and I hit what appeared to be a piece of concrete or asphalt in the road. It made a loud thud under my car and I immediately lost power and the car turned off. I had it towed to the dealership. Whatever I hit took out my fuel pump that is inside the gas tank. They charged me $2100 to fix it. So I can tell you first hand these cars are reliable if you do all the maintenance like you are supposed to. But when they do Break, they cost way more than they should to fix them!

2019 Volkswagen Jetta review
So my Habenero orange R Line is named Princess... she is quick when she needs to be, and eco mode is there for when she doesn't. Gas mileage is fantastic either way. She is so responsive, the handling on her is top notch. I've put a LOT of miles on her, I think upwards of 50k without a single mechanical failure. A few accidents, the front collision sensor is a pain to replace but I like in a bumper car city, unfortunately.

Ourisman Toyota 40 review
I had an outstanding experience purchasing my Toyota! Even from before we walked into the dealership and were just doing online inquiries, Mo was knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle without any pressure. The buying process was smooth, transparent, and surprisingly stress-free. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, and Mo took the time to explain all of my options, ensuring I felt confident in my decision. The financing process was straightforward, and they worked hard to find a solution that fit my budget and suited my lifestyle! This dealership is extremely honest, efficient, and committed to providing a great car-buying experience, I highly recommend them.

2016 Volkswagen Passat review
Bought a 2016 CPO with about 65k miles. (Never had to use the warranty). 1.8 L turbo engine has surprising low end torque and lots of highway passing HP. GREAT MPG! Lots of leg room for all passengers. A really great road trip car. Lost it in a crash @ 110k :(

I’m totally impressed with this engine in performance and reliability. The performance is legendary and I did not expect this in a mid sized vehicle. The economic benefits are also a valid reason I purchased this vehicle.

AutoNation Toyota White Marsh review
First time at Toyota AutoNation, greeted by Verlyn Barnes, my wife and I were looking for a new car, preferably a RAV 4, Verlyn assisted in every way possible, purchased a new RAV 4 to be picked up Oct. 1st (my choice), great experience felt very comfortable with Verlyn.
2019 Volkswagen Jetta review
I purchased my 2019 Jetta R-Line brand new with 27 miles on the odometer in June of 2020. As of this review I have owned the vehicle nearly 5 years. My car now has 57,000 miles on it. I have never experienced any mechanical failures. The vehicle still has the factory battery, brake pads, and rotors. I have only replaced the tires and cabin air filter. Aside from that, routine maintenance including oil changes every 7,500 miles (despite VW calling for 10k interval), and flushing the coolant and brake fluids around 50k miles. My car is comfortable albeit a little small for a man of my stature. It's excellent on gas and handles like a dream. I have gotten compliments on it's looks since day one. The cold weather package is excellent and essential up here in the northeast. I paid 20k for the car brand new and its proven to be an excellent value. My only complaints, the stock sound system is not horrible but it's not great. Also, the driver seat is beginning to have cracks in the leather. I'm very satisfied with this vehicle. I hope this one lasts a while but I will check out VW first for my next vehicle purchase.

By kelly blue book ) When bringing car to dealership in East Haven - staff had gloves and masks on. They came outside for paperwork. They were organized. Social distancing followed. 2021 Volkswagen Arteon review
Excellence in all service of the vehicle from cruise to lights and wiper settings. Entertainment and assistive screen instrument pannel easy to use. Quick click and change of time done! It does illustrate the car needs to attention is low on air pressure or service needs that is helpful to a senior driver. Great Dance and love the flow on the roadways!
