I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.

My son needed a new(used) vehicle and we came across a beautiful truck with very low miles at Carolina Auto Connection. I contacted Joe and he was extremely helpful and courteous on the phone. We scheduled an appointment and headed out the next day to see it. The pictures didn’t do this truck justice! It was SUPER clean both inside and out. We purchased the truck that day and took her home. Unfortunately, a couple days later I had an issue with the truck. I contacted Joe and he immediately took care of it. I bought the truck “as-is” but Joe really backs his vehicles and helped me resolve the situation quickly. I purchased my van over 10.5 years ago and it had 14k on it. Its now has 167k miles and still working fine. Had to replace the trans, engine mounts (2 times), and a couple of other things - I think I have spent about $6.5k since I purchased it. But over all it has been a great family van. The backup camera has stopped working consistently and the front seats are waren but other than that it’s great. It’s now time to replace it as I’m having trouble getting it to pass its smog but overall it’s been a great car and would recommend - drives great

The dealership was very helpful and in finding a decent vehicle that fits my individual need with what I can afford. It is a Christian based location and the employee were all willing to help me. They were patient and aren't the kind of place who try's to get over on anyone. They helped me with coverage and warranty. I'd like to make a shout out to Erick who certainly works there. This has helped my credit improve already and it's only been 3 months which I am so grateful for... They also helped me with affordable monthly payments based of my hourly wages and by weekly pay... Then when you think you'll spend over for vehicle service, you don't. They provide Uber as well if you don't have a ride while your car is taken care of... They will guide you every step of the way and throw every process. They will even help you with being approved 😀!!! I have never worked there and I've never bought a car from a dealership before. I've owned VW's off and on for years. My first Jetta was purchased in the 90's. Good car. It was nimble, comfortable and had really good gas mileage. It was different from the "Bug" and "Bus" but quite pleasing to own and look at. My current Jetta is a 2020 model year and I enjoy its looks, comfort, mileage and nimbleness. Volkswagens are truly the "peoples car".

Great experience with this dealership. Was kept in contact with every step of the way. I work nights so conversing through email was important to help answer all my questions before I took the time to actually visit in person. I was buying a used Ram 1500 but was treated the same as if I were buying that $200000 Audi on the showroom floor. Impressive!

Overall I'm satisfying with the car I have no issue till now the car is running 55,000 mile over, still I don't have any major problem. The space is huge inside that car that is more satisfying even if you sit in the third row and adult person can sit comfortably.

This car is far superior to my previous 2021 Toyota RA4. In my distant youth I use to do some racing and handling is highest priority. Suspension, steering, 17" alloy wheels vs 15" steel wheels with hubcaps, full spare tire vs doughnut, 3 row seating vs 2 rows, 400 lbs heavier therefore more stable in windy conditions and roads that are not level, and much more. Only downside is the general Volkswagen issue with poor sound systems. Not only that, the after market is almost non-existent for the Tiguan.

I purchased my 2019 Jetta R-Line brand new with 27 miles on the odometer in June of 2020. As of this review I have owned the vehicle nearly 5 years. My car now has 57,000 miles on it. I have never experienced any mechanical failures. The vehicle still has the factory battery, brake pads, and rotors. I have only replaced the tires and cabin air filter. Aside from that, routine maintenance including oil changes every 7,500 miles (despite VW calling for 10k interval), and flushing the coolant and brake fluids around 50k miles. My car is comfortable albeit a little small for a man of my stature. It's excellent on gas and handles like a dream. I have gotten compliments on it's looks since day one. The cold weather package is excellent and essential up here in the northeast. I paid 20k for the car brand new and its proven to be an excellent value. My only complaints, the stock sound system is not horrible but it's not great. Also, the driver seat is beginning to have cracks in the leather. I'm very satisfied with this vehicle. I hope this one lasts a while but I will check out VW first for my next vehicle purchase.

I drive Uber 8urs and I have a 2018 Atlas's 2.0 getting 27 mpg having driving 3yrs this SUV is best thing I've ever had great driving UBER and very consistent jdt unbelievable SUV 187,000 miles , best vehicle I've ever owned!!!!

Just bought the car, and I absolutely LOVE IT! I purchased my Cross Sport at the Beaumont, Texas location, and had the fastest and easiest process. So much space and the interior of the car is absolutely stunning and the technology is an extra plus about the car.

I've had my first-hand Diesel Touareg for 7 years now. I love her! The Touareg was bought to replace my Golf R32, and i have no regrets. She feels like driving a big Golf. LOL. The Touareg drives like a driver's car. Can't deny the quality of material used for the interior, made to last! Leather interior and panel finish barely has any traces of wear and tear (that's with this car used daily to transport 2 kids). The chrome trim of the R-Line gives this classic silhouette an elegant and polished finish. Keeping her for as long as she can keep going.

This is my 2nd VW. My 1st was a 02 passat I bought in 2013. It was the most reliable car I ever owned. It has 230000 miles and still runs great! This Atlas takes things to a whole different level. The look, performance and features are world-class! The only knock I would have is the mpg is average at best. Only 20mpg on average. But overall it is a great vehicle for the price. The SEL trim is fully loaded. Whatever feature you could imagine, it has it. I hope to enjoy this vehicle for years to come.

It's a medium-sized SUV. It's not a Porsche, Audi or MB. It is comfortable, reliable, the size and capacity I sought. In two years I've put on ~24K miles and absolutely no problems. My wife is handicapped and uses a walker. She thought the car was comfortable and we made two round trips from Hartford, CT to Key West. In the last 60 years We've had a Beetle, Passat, and a VW Bus that carried our family of four and 2 Dachshunds aacross the country and back to Connecticut - Twice!

30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

I leased mine about a month ago and I absolutely love it! The dash display is great I love all the features! I got everything I wanted in a new vehicle. Heated seats, heated steering wheel, back up cam, lane assist, smart cruise control. I went from a 2013 Outlander Sport, which I loved btw, and let me tell you quite the upgrade!

I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it
