30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

Although we didn’t end up purchasing from Leith Audi, I had to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service we received from Prince Majesty. From the beginning, Prince was exceptional—he truly took the time to understand what my family needed in a vehicle, without being pushy or applying any pressure. What really stood out was his follow-up. Even after learning we purchased elsewhere due to budget limitations, Prince still took the time to call and check in on my family. This is my 2nd VW. My 1st was a 02 passat I bought in 2013. It was the most reliable car I ever owned. It has 230000 miles and still runs great! This Atlas takes things to a whole different level. The look, performance and features are world-class! The only knock I would have is the mpg is average at best. Only 20mpg on average. But overall it is a great vehicle for the price. The SEL trim is fully loaded. Whatever feature you could imagine, it has it. I hope to enjoy this vehicle for years to come.

I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.

I highly recommend buying a car from EchoPark. The experience is completely different from a traditional dealership. We never felt rushed, and Logan, our Experience Guide, worked with us the entire time—so we didn’t have to deal with a finance manager trying to upsell or pressure us. The whole process was smooth and took only two hours. I definitely suggest visiting EchoPark and working with Logan—he’s extremely helpful and a pleasure to be around.

I got interested in this car when I rented it for a couple of days while conducting business out of town. I discovered that it suited my auto needs 100 percent, and at such a reasonable price. I am of a certain age and I find it more of a challenge to get in and out of cars. I don't like climbing up into and sliding down out of trucks and SUV. I don't like bending the slipping into sedans and having to pull myself out of them. The Tiguan comes closest to walking into the driver's sit and walking out. As for stowage, the stowage in the rear also is at perfect mid-thigh level, minimizing bending and lifting. So comfort was of highest priority. But economy comes in a close second, and so far the MPG is great. So is the pickup; it's plenty peppy.

We decided to hold off on the purchase to see if our Nissan Frontier would be capable for what we might need a bigger truck for.

Overall I'm satisfying with the car I have no issue till now the car is running 55,000 mile over, still I don't have any major problem. The space is huge inside that car that is more satisfying even if you sit in the third row and adult person can sit comfortably.

Nice riding vehicle EXCEPT it has a hesitation issue when you step on the gas from a standstill. Happens most when the "stop/start" is active, less when you turn it off but it still hesitates. Dealer has no answer other than it is normal and we can't find anything. Others have voiced same concern, recall?

I'm compelled to share my good experience at this Carmax dealership. I ordered my car from their Fayetteville store with a free transfer. They kept me informed through text and email of the transfer status. I could have waited for a call but since I knew it arrived I called to schedule a test drive. I had applied online for financing and was approved with little detail but when I called to see if they would transfer to Fayetteville they asked similar questions and got the finalized approval. The salesman on the phone had an instant approval with 3 term options and the corresponding interest rate. He told me what the payment would be. In the end the payment was exactly as they quoted by phone. I expected to be in and out but spent 4 hours there. That probably wasn't normal though. The salesman Bob and I talked too much and he messed up our address in the computer. It happens. The other slowdown was the slight difference between the drivers license name and the credit app name. Oddly enough those small mistakes cost us an extra hour and a half. It happens. Meanwhile during the test drive I noticed a vibration on the highway over 60mph. They decided to have it looked at while we were there and rebalance the tires as well as resurfacing the front rotors. I was honestly surprised that they did the rotors. I didnt mention anything about them. I thought it was just the tires. In the end the vehicle took longer than the purchase process. It was quite an operation they had. They've really streamlined their processes. The financing, trade-in process, transfer process, detailing process, service process etc. Were really wild to see in action. The things I loved: The approval and disclosure process of financing. The transfer process. The minimization of paperwork. The teamwork process of communication. The dealership itself. The cars are all open to look in and sit in without a need for a salesman to get keys. No need for proof of income with fair to less than fair credit. Free coffee and bottled water. Fixing issues on the car while we complete the purchase and paperwork. The cons: small mistakes made very long wait. I'm quicker than them at moving the process forward. No negotiation price is a little high. Tips: as with everything in life do your due diligence. Inspect the car thoroughly. Utilize their carfax and recall information. Consider selling your car elsewhere for more money if you paid off your trade. Push along the process if you want it to go faster. Dont buy their gap insurance. Its overpriced and negates a good deal. Consider an outside warranty company for a better price. Realize a well placed call will hurry the process and verify what one person told you as being true. Place a hold on a vehicle you like for 7 days for free. Apply online to streamline the process.

It's a medium-sized SUV. It's not a Porsche, Audi or MB. It is comfortable, reliable, the size and capacity I sought. In two years I've put on ~24K miles and absolutely no problems. My wife is handicapped and uses a walker. She thought the car was comfortable and we made two round trips from Hartford, CT to Key West. In the last 60 years We've had a Beetle, Passat, and a VW Bus that carried our family of four and 2 Dachshunds aacross the country and back to Connecticut - Twice!

This car is far superior to my previous 2021 Toyota RA4. In my distant youth I use to do some racing and handling is highest priority. Suspension, steering, 17" alloy wheels vs 15" steel wheels with hubcaps, full spare tire vs doughnut, 3 row seating vs 2 rows, 400 lbs heavier therefore more stable in windy conditions and roads that are not level, and much more. Only downside is the general Volkswagen issue with poor sound systems. Not only that, the after market is almost non-existent for the Tiguan.

Great car! Overpaid a bit; but, bought top of the line with only 23k miles. Loved it and didn't want to dicker over price. Rudes well. Acceleration is good. Roomy, spacious passenger cabin and cargo bay. Amazing technology. I recommend this vehicle highly. Take a serious look at this one. You wont be disappointed.

I contacted dealership regarding Chevy SSR. I was contacted back quickly and professionally. However, the vehicle had a defect in the electric roof. I was no longer interested. Good experience, but it did not go anywhere because of the defect.

I read lots of complaints about this VW atlas specially interior being plasticky bla bla. Other cars' interiors too are made of plastics. but hey if you want more Luxury; well better buy the Lamborghini Urus :) . I still having fun with my used 2018 VW Atlas Execline. No problem at all. Some minor repairs but not a big deal. car is a car; every car has issues to deal with. I love my atlas bc its very roomy. my passenger has lots of leg room even on the 3rd row is very comfy for like 3-5 hr drive. We live in Central part of Canada so expect harsh winter weather. VW Atlas is perfect especially during winter "snow" mode is the best! During snow storm driving this VW atlas feels easy and relax. Heated seats and steering wheel included. I recommended this VW atlas to a friend and he's been happy and liking it too. so far so good.

Loved this car for the three years I’ve owned it. Be sure to set aside $1,000 for a maintenance repair around 75,000 miles. Possibly sooner. Carbon build up is extremely common in Tiguans.

I prefer to buy local, especially from a family business like North Hills Motors. My experience was extraordinary....from the first queries by phone to pulling into my driveway with 25 happy miles on my "new" 2014 Mitsubishi Mirage ES. The car is EXACTLY what i wanted and my purchase experience the best. Mike was SO nice! and genuine.... the rare kind of professional car dealer sales people SHOULD be but usually aren't. He is very knowledgeable about his field, gave me extensive information about the car's history, and communicated authentically and respectfully regarding the final price. The car looks and runs great. They also detailed the car to the level of rolling off the assembly line!!! I love this car. And heartily recommend North Hills Motors Motors. Best car I’ve ever owned. I bought it used with 10k miles for $17.5k in 2018. I’ve drove for Lyft for 2 years and recently drove it from California to South Carolina. It’s has never broke down, had to replace the tires a few times but nothing but basic maintenance. I’m at 112k miles and going strong. One small accident the other 2 cars were totaled mine had minor damage on the front driver side. I love my VW.

She explained everything in detail and the car I probe 2 hours to see was exactly as Fadi (initial salesman) described! I’m in love with this Mustang! I wouldn’t hesitate to buy a car from them again. I went to Echo Park the week before and the car was trashed. They also had ridiculous fees that you couldn’t opt out of. This was by FAR a better buying experience. 5 stars? More like 10 stars!! A+++
