I asked for an appointment for the next week and was able to obtain an appointment the next day. We dropped vehicle at dealership that evening, work was performed as promised. Jonathan called to let me know the vehicle was ready. It so happened that my daughter and wife were out shopping, so I called her and she was dropped at the dealership to pick up the vehicle.
If I could give more stars, I would! Mark was amazing and so knowledgeable about all the vehicles. Travis and Lewis gave us a great deal with absolutely no haggling. We will be buying our next car from Leith Toyota.
Silvio Guzman was an amazing person to work with.. He took the time on his own to find me the best deal and the car that I like and actually called me to schedule a convenient appointment for me although that meant that he stayed late and worked past his scheduled time to make sure I was taken care of. The whole process was short, pleasant and I drove home that same evening in my new car. He is personal, professional and very nice to work with. He spent extra time to show me all the new features of the car. He enjoys his job and takes very good care of his customers. This is a great dealership when it comes to sales or service. A Ford dealership on Rt 95 in Kenly that deals honestly and with integrity. Using cars.com I found the 2016 Mustang covertible with the color and options I was looking for. I contacted Joe Husick, their internet sales person as I'm located an hour away from Kenly Ford. Joe quickly responded to my email answering all of my questions to my satisfaction. We discussed my trade and what it would be valued at.
I drove to Kenly to see the car and it was exactly how Joe described it. He offered me the value we discussed for my trade and I bought the car on the spot. The folks at Kenly are honest and nice people. It was well worth my drive and I would look at Kenly in the future for my cars.

I bought a 2013 Ford Explorer XLT from Joe Husick at Kenly Ford yesterday. Four things that made all the difference: (1) I did not feel pushed or pressured or rushed at any point during the visit. That is a big deal to me. (2) Joe Husick worked hard to make our trade-in value fit what he had quoted me over the phone. After he pointed out the wear and tear, it was easy to see it wasn't worth as much as we all thought. But he did his best to match the number he told me earlier and he came very close to it. (3) Husick went out of his way to help me move and install two huge Britax carseats into the vehicle for the test drive (that is no easy task). He was very attentive to installing them just right. I was shopping without my husband (he's a Marine) with an infant and toddler in tow, and Joe Husick helped me out a ton. He helped way more than he had to. (4) Everyone at Kenly was very friendly toward my kids. My toddler kept wanting to walk around the new car floor and all the gentlemen up there were very kind to her. The business manager was super sweet and patient while my kids were boucing around and making all sorts of noise. Nobody judged me when my kids were crying at different points. Overall, we had a VERY good experience at Kenly. I highly recommend it.
Had a great experience with Kenly Ford this past Saturday 12/10 when I bought by new F-150. I dealt with David and he was great to work with. After looking at the Kenly Ford website, I completed an email inquiry and was contacted by Johnny Jackson in less than 24 hours. Mr.Jackson was very helpful and not pushy at all. He is very knowledgeable about Ford products and helped me narrow down my options. He was honest and straightforward and found me a great rate for financing. Milly in finance was very efficient as well. Best of all, the car that I purchased was a great price!

It was a pleasant experience for us to do business with them. You don't get this from large dealerships. The price and quality was also very competitive. The best car buying experience I've ever encountered. Worked directly with Brad Schaffer...who was wonderful from start to finish. I was interested in a Lexus RX F-Sport I found online. I negotiated an out-the-door deal over email and prior to stepping into the dealership, since I was from MD. Gave them a deposit over the phone and they held the car for me, as they said they would. I've heard of many dealers selling a car regardless of a deposit being given. Took a bus down to Raleigh (would probably do train/plane if I had to do it again)...Brad picked me up from the terminal, had the car detailed and ready for pick-up out front. He even got me a huge red bow (for my wife) to place on the car and take pics with. Honored my request to have the tint removed and the exact pricing we had agreed on...no sneaky business! All the paperwork was ready for me and took maybe 15 mins to complete. The rest of the time, Brad just let me go explore the car without hovering and test driving. Highly recommended...hope to do business with them again!

Excellent service we received today purchasing our new 2018 Nissan NVP. Johna in sales was such a pleasure to work with. And Shannon in finance really came through and got the numbers we needed to make this purchase happen. I've purchased many new Nissans in the past and I'd honestly go out of my way just to come back to Leith and do it again.
From my first contact with the dealership through the extremely (and unusually!) pleasant and efficient paperwork process, I've never had a better experience purchasing a vehicle, new or used. Joe is fantastic, answered all my questions and was attentive but never pushy. I found exactly the car I wanted, and even my follow-up contact with the dealership to tie up some paperwork loose ends was efficient and friendly. We will DEFINITELY recommend Johnson Maserati to friends. Couldn't be happier with our transaction, and I love my car!
