Bought a Volvo XC90 today. Our sales person Brandon Spraul was excellent. He was patient, knowledgeable and thorough. Mat Iglehart business director was great too. The service crew who prepped our car to the nice sales person who though very busy got Brandon to help us. Great experience-you can feel the great culture there.

Findlay display a rare quality in a dealership of being straightforward from the start. They worked with us and developed a fair price with no stress or aggravation and minimal back and forth. I never left the house. DLR came to me! They brought the car I was interested in to my home for a test drive. And, they brought it back the next day after I informed them I was going to purchase it. This whole sale was done from my home via computer. What a great team they have put together at the DLR Nordic dealership. I would have given them the fifth star, but I am waiting to see if I get my CD's returned to me that I accidently left in the player when they took my trade-in vehicle.
