Used Volvo C70 for sale under $5,000 near me

We bought this car in 2019 after selling our Porsche 944. It is a wonderful car to drive and we've used it on all of our long trips where its just my wife and I driving (we have a 7 passenger car when we take the kids places). Upgrading from the Porsche it's nice to have automatic transmission and cruise control and the car is about as low. Understand that luggage space is limited with the top down so while you can take trips with 3 or 4 people, cargo space is limited if you want to be able to put the top down. Satellite radio is great however the tuner is older so you can't get newer stations like "Road Trip Radio" or anything in the 300's, but its still great not to have to look for a new radio station every 15-20 minutes when driving out in South Dakota or Wyoming and there are plenty of classic rock stations. I purchased a Volvo wind-screen that covers the rear seats and that cuts out the back flow considerably (on the tollway, my wife's long hair would be blowing almost straight forward with the top down over 50mph without the screen but with it, there is little back flow if any). Its a great little fun car and gets good mileage too. I replaced all tires with Pilot 4's. Cigarette lighter is flat facing up so you'll want to cover it because things can fall into it if you don't have a cover on it (been there done that) but makes a great place for a 2 USB plugin charger to keep your phones charged. Overall its a really nice car, and has required little service in the 3 years we purchased it except for oil changes (and replacing tires). We just turned 50k miles on it.

Recently purchased 2008 C70 T-5 with only 51K miles from 1st Choice Auto in Fairfax VA. Excellent condition, very tight engine and on-road performance. Turbo acceleration is great. Excellent Carfax. No accident and interior is a 9.5/10. Top rises and closes perfectly and car is built like a brick with ROPS (roll-over protection). I wanted something more fuel efficient than my Yukon xl. Really wanted a convertible but had given up and decided to be "sensible". Then I found this. Plenty of open road power. Really a 2 seater, no room for an adult in the back seat...but it's really just for my husband and I so it's perfect. Back seat makes up for the "lack" of trunk space as expected with a hard top convertible.

The 2004 Volvo C70 is simply a beautiful rag top which is simple to maintain IF you are proactive with your Maintenance. The HPT model is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. This is my 5 th Volvo, my previous one had 537.000 km. The 2004 Volvo C70 came with the state of the art prologic 400 watt system. On city roads the convertible is prone to shudder over bumps. Overall, The 2004 Volvo C70 is a gem to own!

Never a doll moment. Top works flawlessly. Never gets old, very good looking stylish car. plenty of pep with the turbo engine. Very well-built and safe vehicle. Automatic pop-up bars for additional safety.

There is no equal to driving to the beach @ 70 mph with the top down and your favorite "road tunes" sounding just awesome! Fun to drive and great to look at! Hey, it's really hard to beat a red, savvy convertible!
