We are returning home to Fort Myers, FL after evacuating from Hurricane Ian. We needed a car top carrier for all the extra supplies we know we will need. We stopped enroute. Not only did Angie reserve a carrier and rails for us, they had it installed in less than an hour and donated a shopping cart full of paper towels, cleaning supplies, sanitizer, etc. Their sensitivity and kindness will long be remembered. Viti Volvo is the best! I had the pleasure of working with sales consultant Matt Meyer, who made every step of buying a new car easy and even enjoyable. I’m an older woman and my paperwork was not in perfect shape to say the least (my registration on my trade-in car had expired!).
