I had a great experience. I appreciated that they don't work on commission. The vehicle I had been exploring was sold so Albert took time to help me find something that benefited my family but fit in my price range. There was a lot of time spent ensuring I understood the process and the next steps. I liked the open door policy and not pressured into having to buy. I was able to locate vehicle that I have been driving for a few weeks and love. Albert even helped me with gaining insurance. I felt welcomed the whole time and left feeling informed. I like they provide car facts on their vehicles. I went there because many others recommended this company and now I do too.

James was very upfront about the ratings the truck had and what needed to be repaired. James was able to back this up with documentation. I didnt feel pressured or harrassed into buying my truck as I have felt in the past at other dealerships. Doug P. was amazing too, Doug was able to get me the best interest rate and explained everything to me ( maybe twice lol) I didnt feel dumb or uncomfortable with either of these men. The service people also helped me solve my wiper accessibility issue through settings. I particularly like that Manasquan Volvo will try to help me with a question if I call about something. I’ve experienced other dealers that will insist upon bringing the vehicle in.
