I have now driven the Volvo V60 CC for three weeks and I'm very happy with my purchase. It is very comfortable and has a number of safety features. The gas mileage is exactly as advertised, 25 mpg of mixed driving.

Went in for a basic service--oil change and tire rotation. My car was taken on time and the service was completed timely. I was provided a video of the car inspection and the pricing was as estimated with no hard sell upcharging. I drove past two other Audi Dealerships to use this one and it was well worth it.

I drove a similar vehicle in the north east for 600 miles and fell in love with it. Now I own one. It’s a good fit for me (I am very short), feels solid and safe - yet stylish and fun to drive. The little details I appreciate: room for several cups of coffee and water, place for my phone, door can store small thing (like my mail, papers, napkins, etc). The vents are placed where I can get and stay cool - without the vent blowing directly on me. Being able to use my voice to adjust temperature of the fan, seat heat and steering wheel heat is an awesome feature. There is a lot of settings on the vehicle that let you dial in for your personal preference. The safety features, such as blind spot, adaptive cruise control, adjusting high beams and headlights, and 360 camera for tight spots, create a confident ride. I expect to love it for many years to come - as long as the reliability equals the look and feel of this stylish wagon. (I gave 5 stars for optimism on reliability, but I can’t say just yet)

I just picked up my new Volvo from Volvo Cars North Miami and the whole process was super smooth. Tito helped me out and he was awesome. Really friendly, patient, and made sure I found exactly what I wanted without any pressure. You can tell he really cares about his customers. Javier in finance made things simple and stress free. He walked me through all the details and answered every question, which made the paperwork part way easier than I expected. Serdar, the sales manager, also came over to check in and make sure everything went well. I really liked that personal touch. Overall it was a great experience from start to finish. This dealership is so much better than others. They do NOT get pushy like some others do. We bought a van and they went over it carefully and even replaced a taillight that had a hole in it, that we didn’t see. They are very good at replacing what was needed. Our salesman Mike E. was so nice. This is the second vehicle that we have bought from them.

I never left the house. DLR came to me! They brought the car I was interested in to my home for a test drive. And, they brought it back the next day after I informed them I was going to purchase it. This whole sale was done from my home via computer. What a great team they have put together at the DLR Nordic dealership. I would have given them the fifth star, but I am waiting to see if I get my CD's returned to me that I accidently left in the player when they took my trade-in vehicle.

All I can say is GREAT things for this company and Andy Rosales as a salesman. I came here looking for a low mileage nice Golf. I didn’t have an appointment but Andy Rosales came out right away and came across as an acquaintance/friend rather than a salesman right off the bat, and didn’t try to push a sale on me at all. Just asked if I wanted to look and test drive some. I test drove 4 cars, and Andy was super nice about letting me test drive all the vehicles I wanted to look at. they had 3 options on site and another at another location here in the springs. I just came to test drive the first day and was planning on going home and sleeping on it. And they had no problem with that and just provided a phone number to reach out. No pushy salesman tactics you see at most auto dealers, by the salesman, manager, or financing manager. I came back the next morning to talk numbers. I did my research on the vehicle and they were very transparent with me throughout the whole process. Like any dealership, negotiation skills are helpful, but I truly believe based off my experience that this dealership is truly not out to scam you. I got the EXACT car I wanted, for a veryyy competitive price. I am 100% coming back here as far as I’m concerned.
