I purchased a 2021 Porsche Carrera S (with an Aerokit!!) and had it shipped to Texas in December of 2020. My salesman, Kent Hill, was wonderful to work with: very professional, prompt and courteous. The car was shipped a few days later and it arrived in flawless condition and detailed, along with all the paperwork, a Porsche tumbler and leather keychain. Sean Oliver, the finance manager, was also very prompt and helpful and made the buying process easy and seamless. Finally, a shoutout to Chris, the delivery driver! Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership because they are honest, upfront and ethical. Isringhausen is the dealership that others should emulate! Follow up repair of accident damage. Took a while to get the insurance company to authorize payment. Service writer Jordan was slowed down by privacy rules. Eventually got repairs done.

I took my XC60 Recharge in for it annual maintenance and explained I was having trouble with the heater in the pure drive mode. Just said he knew what the problem was and would take a look. the 2022 car was still under warranty and they were able to replace the parts and fix the problem as well as do the annual maintenance. This is the third time I've had the car into their service shop and I've always been quite satisfied. They have a very nice waiting room, so bring you phone and/or computer. Geoff Durango Colorado

Everything was explained in detail. Devin was honest and went above with us through the negotiation process and made the decision to buy from them very easy. The service advisor Matthew was very polite, patient, helpful, knowledgeable and answered lots of my questions very well. During the 30000 mile maintenance, he and his crew found and root caused a rear brake issue and fixed it. It was because some parts were not lubricated well enough, the rear brake pads were worn unevenly, and the inner pad was gone while the outer one still had half thickness left, he helped contacted volvo to take care of the charges to replace the rear brakes pads and routers and lubricated the part well to prevent this from happening. The renovated dealership building is very beautiful, the seats were comfortable and wifi was fast, I like the area with 2 cubes where people can carry on their work while waiting.
