Because she was not pushy (I appreciated that very much), I chose to accept Belen’s assistance throughout the buying process. We had a great experience at DARCARS Volvo in Fairfax. I reached out to confirm the availability of one of the used cars and Tim, the manager, quickly responded. We made an appointment for the next day and the car was out front ready for us. Tim referred us to Lonnell, who was very personable and straight forward. We were happy with the car and settled with their finance manager. Not huge space, but very comfortable and nice layout inside.

Markell Robinson was also instrumental in helping finalize the deal. In general, had a good experience with the process as I was pushing it back for quite some time and had to make a decision.

I bought my Volvo at Volvo Lindsay Alexandria. whenever I have an issue, a doubt or a yearly revision I visit them. I look for the person I know since the last years. I talk to Luis Cabrera because I know he will listen and follow the necessary steps to answer any concern I might have. I leave my car in Mr. Cabrera's hands and I feel safe and sure that I will be treated with professionalism and honesty.
