I had an excellent experience working with Dan Carlen and Ben Carter and highly recommend both. I worked with Dan for a few weeks via email and text while purchasing from out of state (New Jersey). Timely repair of highway flat tire that was severely damaged. Was towed into service at 6:15pm and set up for repair the next day. All completed by 3pm. While two tires were recommended, I had already had new front tire (from nail flat) put on recently so they were able and willing to use rotation to address. Did an alignment as well so overall cost not cheap at $678. Always added costs of balance and tire weights on tire replacement. 20K service done as well. Good communication from Service tech (video) and James (Service Rep). Would be nice for Bernardi to suggest service discount programs vs. me having to point them out.
