I had an exceptional experience selling my car through Custom Cars West. I started with a Kelley Blue Book value assessment and requested contact from interested dealers, and Shawn responded almost immediately. He called me right away to walk through the process, then stopped by the very next morning to see the car. He came fully prepared, was incredibly knowledgeable, and made the entire experience feel easy and straightforward. Within just a few minutes, we agreed on a more-than-fair price, completed all the paperwork, and he wrote me a check on the spot. The car was picked up the very next business day. This was — by far — the quickest, easiest, and best car-selling experience I’ve ever had. Shawn was thoughtful, kind, professional, and clearly knows what he’s doing. I truly couldn’t recommend Custom Cars West more highly. Sold my car to Autonation.
Sold my car to Autonation. It was an extra, so we weren't replacing it. Of course, a dealer paid wasn't great. But Chris Corringan was great to work with. He did exactly what he said he would do, WITHOUT any bait-and-switch tactics. When we're in the market for another car, we'll definitely give them a first try.
