Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.

Excellent service, service section not pushy, explains what's needed,gives time to customer to make decision on what to do. Only negative to Carshop is no Military Discount. Would get more business with Discount.

Gorgeous inside and out and brilliantly designed. This car purrs when you accelerate. Not only is it the safest car on the road, its luxurious and fun to drive.

Straight forward and easy. No pressure and easy test drive appointment. Would recommend and come back.

I purchased my car a few years ago from CarShop & have always been very happy with it. Close to the 4th of July my car started acting up & needed attention right away so it could be drive-able. No other mechanic near where I live could work on it until almost a week after the holiday. I ended up calling the CarShop & told them I did purchase my car from them although not recently & told them my problem & they said to bring it in right away the same morning I called. They even provide courtesy rides within a certain distance from the shop so I ended up not having to get a rent a car. The car was fixed that afternoon & drove better than it has in a long time. They told me they do all kinds of work, even inspections. Their garages are air conditioned & very clean too so the mechanics can stay to finish your vehicle & not leave early due to temperature changes. The charges to fix my car were better or equal to other garages & the quality of work was amazing for the money. Most of the time they can take you the same day as you need them so no rent a car costs. I am surely going back to the CarShop in Glen Mills for future work. Also the staff is wonderful too; I spoke a lot to Eric, and also to Lisa & Morgan. They are all very helpful & kind.

I picked up a 2024 Camry TRD from AutoLenders Williamstown . I truly can not say enough good things about my new 2022 Volvo XC90 T6. I have admired the Volvo SUVs from afar as a minivan mom for 15 years and this was my year to make the move. No turning back; it is sporty, classy, comfortable, safe, I could go on forever. Classic black and dark brown interior. The info center takes a bit to get used to and it seems like there are features everywhere so definitely just hop on you tube to figure them all out at your own pace because the sales person will tell you, but no way you can get them all down. One of my ultimate favorites are the rotating fog lights. As you turn the lights turn with your vehicle. Lane assist is not for me; I've been driving too long to have it as it seems overbearing. 360 camera and all of the warnings are great though because you never know who is barreling down through the parking lot. Narrowed it to the 2023 Honda Pilot and 2022 MDX Technology; got tired of waiting on the Pilot and frankly it was a bit too big and the MDX just didn't have the sporty look I wanted. I feel like with the Volvo I got it all!

I have had the blessing of dealing with James Kovack two times - once in connection with the sale of my leased 2021 RAV 4, the other time witnessing the sale of my sister's 2021 RAV 4. At that time ( my sister's visit) based on my experience, she requested James to work with her. My sister's experience and mine mirrored each others. James was kind, patient, respectful, efficient, knowledgeable, and possessed all of the attributes one would expect in dealing with someone in his position. My sister's experience required a little more work and James, in consultation with his supervisor, Qu'ran Gordon, got the job done. Both men were as courteous and respectful of the situation as they could be and both men should be considered ASSETS to Carmax of Langhorne. My sister and I are most pleased with the outcomes of both of our experiences and will recommend Carmax, but in particular James Kovack and Qu'ran Gordon for their fine work.

This car exceeds all of our needs. Very comfortable and has a ton of room. Gets decent gas mileage. We love all the many safety features it has and all the extras it has to make driving easy.

Great awesome cars in every aspect, comfort, performance, handling, smoothness, features, reliability (not in some models though) and especially safety. You get the best bang for your buck in Volvos. Only thing I would say is to stay away from the XC90 T6 (petrol engines) from 2015 - 2016. (Not sure if 2017 has these problems, as I havnt experienced anything from the 2017 models) I sell many of these Volvos But the petrol XC90s T6 from 2015 - 2016 are very unreliable because of being the first year of these models when they first came out. Had many experiences with failing superchargers ($4k to fix ) evaporator failing ($5k to fix) and also these engines have a known fault that the pistons don’t inbed in properly in some of the engines and it burns massive amount of oil. (Did a test in a customers car, was burning about 2L of oil every 1000km) Also comes with a few hiccups here and there with coolant leaks, and oil leaks etc. I’ve never had a problem with the XC90 D5 (diesel engines) as they seems much better because they don’t have the engines failing or a supercharger in these models. This have the failing evaporator but this item was the least part failing out of everything I mentioned. I hope this information has helped out some people who are deciding to purchase a Volvo 😊

Our Pilot died on the turnpike near West Chester/Downington on our way home from Atlantic City to Pittsburgh. Not knowing what to do, I called the closest Honda dealer, Reedman Toll. I spoke with Chris and being that it was about lunchtime, wasn't sure if he could even take a look at it. We had it towed there and not only were they able to take a look at it, they installed a new alternator and discovered that our timing belt was about to go any minute and Chris and the mechanics were generous enough to stay a little late and were able to replace that too! We were able to get back on the road and make it home the same day! I can't say enough good things about Chris and the mechanics that helped out out of a bind!! If I lived in the area, I would service my vehicle there all the time. Fantastic customer service, please give that guy a raise! Thank you again!

The car is amazing. From the extremely comfy seats to the overall sharp look of the vehicle, it’s perfection. Never did I wish that us bought something different. Even Volvo customer service us top notch. So much so that we purchased another Volvo fir a commuter car. No other suv like it can compare.

A transparent transaction right from the start. I didn't have to ask for an itemized list of fees. It was given to me up front without even asking.

We were looking for a luxury SUV that handled well and looked great. This was the best SUV that we ever purchased! It is high off the ground and handles well on the highway and in the city. Torque and hp are excellent and the car is whisper quiet on the road. The interior is very luxurious and the leather is soft and comfortable.

Our sales representative was very knowledgeable and professional. Helped guide us through the financing process with our lender. We did financial paperwork over my I phone. I couldn’t have done this without his help. Chase was our sales representative, I give him a big OOOH RAH. I highly recommend Auto Lenders if you are considering purchasing a car. I am writing ANOTHER review for Trend Auto since I continue to use them for maintenance issues regarding my used Toyota Sienna that I purchased from them years ago. I have had several issues pop up through the years regarding my van and not only have they resolved each and every problem, they did so in a very reasonably priced and expedient manner. T6 106k miles, replaced Brake pads, spark plugs, and one to engine mount. Everything works! Amazing auto pilot up to 80mph lifetime avg 21.3 MPG mixed driving, regular gas! Quiet, blast T6, super comfortable seats, active safety! I cant think of anything better. Stay away from T5

This vehicle has the best safe for a base model. Gas consumption is also great. All the feature it has is great considering it is just a base model. Since it is a base model, the only downside is it doesn't have a hitch for bicycle rack. But overall comfort is there for daily driving and to haul lots of stuff.
