Used Volvo XC90 Recharge Plug-In Hybrid for sale near Demarest, NJ

I recently obtain a complete set of 20 inch rims and tires from this dealership for my 2022 XC60. I wanted to downgrade from my 21 inch rims. When my tire installer tried to mount the new rims he couldn't. I went back to this dealership to see what they could do. Turns out Volvo had over painted the rims and Mike informed me that he would have a technician remove the excess paint and mount the tire for me. I was very happy that Smythe Volve stepped up to the plate and took care of me. I highly recommend them.

Great experience! My sales person Van understood my limited amount of time and accommodated my availability. I never had to sit around to close the deal. Paperwork was seamless. Reviewed everything the car had to offer and how to use. Was able to test drive different style cars until I determined the best one for me. They Took Care of Us My husband and I can't say enough kind things about Volvo Cars Glen Cove. The entire team (sales, service, finance, and management) went above and beyond to help us bring home our certified pre-owned vehicle. Our story is, in many ways, out of the ordinary. We live out of state and found our dream Volvo on their website by chance. The sales associate (Jonathan) was responsive and energized. He even hosted a video call where he showed us the car in detail. When an issue came up with the vehicle after we had flown to NYC to pick it up, Kristin Hendrick, personally assisted us and made what could have been a difficult situation easy to understand. Her kindness and willingness to help was extraordinary. The service department was prompt and helpful and Deron in Finance was a pleasure to work with--answering questions about our new warranty and out-of-state registration. Volvo Cars Glen Cove took care of us and we would do business with them again.

I have had a great experience here. The Sales team was extremely patient and did not push us to make a purchase. They made us feel welcome and comfortable. Service is great as well. They always accommodate our requests and respond with an option that is convenient to us. Premm was great. He spoke with me and understood our concerns and provided immediate assistance in making sure that the issues with the car were handled and addressed right away.

This dealership owned by the Riley family has evolved with the times since my first Volvo back in 1980. The main reason I like their service is Paul Zulkeski. Paul comes from a Volvo service background and knows these cars inside out. Bottom line, he gets the right job done the first time. I have no idea what I'll do in terms of service when the time comes that he is no longer there.

At a different Volvo dealership, my car was sitting waiting for service from the 13th. Prestige Volvo kept giving me extended wait times despite me calling to get a rough lead time before getting my car towed there. On the 29th I ran out of patience. Smythe and a few other Volvo dealerships have told me that they can see it on the same day or next if I get it towed there. I've had a good experience at Smythe with my old 99 S80, so I chose them. My car was seen the same day. The difference in service was night and day. I received a digital sign off on the work to be done, along with a video of things to look out for. I couldn't believe it. Meanwhile, I would probably still be waiting around for my car to be seen at the other dealership. I don't know what their issue was, and it no longer matters. I won't be back there ever. Thanks to everyone at Smythe!

I am extremely happy with the maintenance service and the sales department especially Mr Stacy Hopson. I have bring leasing my cars ever since 2016 and I have been very satisfied satisfied with the entire dealership.

My husband and I have owned Volvos exclusively for the last 35 years. We've been dealing with the Glen Cove dealership in the past 4 1/2 years and found the service to be excellent. It appears that post-COVID there has been a great deal to be desired. That being said the new manager, Vito, has been informative, patient and most willing to answer my questions and resolve the challenges that this dealership has faced. I am confident that he will be the person to bring back the dealership to its place of excellence.

Had an pleasant interaction with the sales staff. At first by email and phone. Then visited at due to random chance. The sales person i spoke to was really pleasant, not pushy. However the dealership, like many other, tacked on additional fees which should be part of the cost of business and not added to the customer as 'additional fees'. I didnt purchase because at the time i wasn't ready, so i didnt get to negotiate etc, however the added fees are discouraging.

Can't say enough about Kyle and the overall experience at Smythe. We had just come off a horrific experience at another dealer (two bad experiences, actually). We were so turned off. But we found this beautiful Audi at Smythe and decided to give it another go. My wife stopped in and met Kyle. He was terrific from the start. All she did was want to see it before the two of us went back. There was no pressure, no "sales-pitch" or anything. Just a nice guy who listened to my wife and her auto buying needs. We went back that night, test drove the car, talked with Kyle (again, "talked", no pressure). He took the time to answer to every question we had and explained everything in detail. It was more of a conversation than a sales transaction. We explained what we were looking for, in terms of deal (money down, monthly payment, etc.). Kyle introduced us to Abood, helped us explain exactly what we were looking for and we were told "No problem. We hear you and will do our best. If it doesn't turn out to be the deal you are looking for, no worries, but we'll call you in the morning." Next day, my wife got the call and the deal we talked about the night before was they deal made happen. No sweat, no stress, no anxiety. We walked in later that afternoon. Car was prepped, big red bow on it, papers ready to sign, and my wife as out of there in under an hour. THANK YOU Kyle, Abood, William (our delivery specialist) and everyone at Smythe. THIS PLACE is our new and only place to go for a car and we will tell everyone!

I have been at other dealers on the West Coast and Midwest , but I can honestly say that Smyth has been the very best. I dealt with Donna who was very caring and patient She told me about the repairs that Bob the mechanic recommended and I felt very comfortable Is making the decision to have the work done.
