By kelly blue book ) When bringing car to dealership in East Haven - staff had gloves and masks on. They came outside for paperwork. They were organized. Social distancing followed. Saw vehicle on the internet on a Sunday. Called and AMY answered. Based on her accurate information she invited us to the lot the same day. We drove 2.5 hours and test drove the Honda CR-Z. AMY made sure all of our questions were answered. The car was an excellent deal for the price offered. The car did need brakes and a light. AMY made sure the repairs were done to perfection. She communicated via text over the next few days. Always answered instantly. The car was ready when they said it was. Everything completed as promised. Paperwork was painless. By Wednesday evening I was home with the car! AMY was a professional, the business did what they said. No Gimmicks, no false promises, no issues!

Before buying used, have an independent mechanic check it over. I had a bad experience with the dealer with several expensive issues shortly after my purchase. Brakes, alignment/tires, shock and steering wheel electronics (voice command, radio). The steering wheel electronics problem is common.

This is my first Volvo and although it took a while to get familiar with the controls, I love it! The side and rearview mirrors, warning sounds and lights have taken care of blind spots that are usual in a larger SUV, and have prevented accidents. The ride is still so smooth after 3 years, I can easily read a book on long trips. The front and rear seat adjustments allow everyone to be comfortable. We are glad for the bumper to bumper 5 year coverage we bought at purchase, and they immediately fixed any minor problems we've had over the last 3 years.

Professionalism and efficiency in there delivery is not easy to find. Richard is always so attentive and make me feel quite at ease. Went in for an unusual sound coming from under the car and was told my car would not be ready the same day because they did not have the part, and due to the holidays. I was offered a loaner. The next morning I received a call that my car was ready. The part came in early, service was done and I had my car back in 24 hours. 😊
