without the frustrating experience of having to wait for a special tool to come in to recalibrate the blind spot radar damaged from an accident, everyone was wonderful to work with. The delay of getting the tool in was not the fault of the dealership, but rather Mazda corporate.

I can't thank the Staff enough for my car service. The staff set me up with a same day ride home & a loaner to pickup the next day. Bob came over and asked me to go with him and start up my car. Well, the car worked. Bob said when he heard the noise he wanted to check if the steering wheel column. All car needed was to be greased/lubed. Bob, thanks so much!
Found this car on Cargurus and reached out to Curran. Quick response with every step. Sean (Used Car Mgr) was excellent. Easy to work with and flexible in final negotiations. Reed (Sales) was amazing. Test drive and tutorial on car features was great. Barbara (Finance) worked diligently to finalize this out-of-state purchase. Insurance company I use was hard to reach and instructions were unclear. Worked it out after a few additional calls after I took delivery. Waiting room was a little disappointing but overall, very satisfied.
Customer service was exceptional. Made the extra effort to make the paperwork as hassle free as possible. Took the time to explain all the different functions the Volvo offers. Continued to follow up with me to make sure I was happy with the car and if I had additional questions/concerns.
The whole team, led by Gerry McDonald are professional yet relaxed in their approach to sales and service. I have just purchased my 3rd Volvo from this dealership. Christine Giamattei is second to none at the front desk and Brian Langley was an excellent salesperson. The service team led by Lee Page is awesome, Rich Lewis, Steve Browne, and Erik Williamson have been there through the years and are dedicated, knowledgeable and happen to have a great sense of humor as well. They always explain what is necessary to fix and what would be best for the life of the car. The service technicians Mike, John and Corey have my trust. I am so lucky to be a valued customer of Gengras North Haven!!! They are simply the best and in a sleek new setting!!!
My sales rep was Qalil and was very helpful. Everyone was friendly. The only thing was towards the end where I guess there was a misunderstanding on our deposit being given back but overall good experience.
Excellent service from Michael Ferris and the entire staff; the new showroom is clean and comfortable, with beautiful design that reflects the modern design of Volvo's cars. It was an easy and satisfying experience, and I drove out with my favorite car yet.
Great experience, Al was Great! I have financed twice before with other dealerships and its the typical spending hours to discuss, finalize & drive away with a car.. Branhaven was the opposite! Super helpful in discussing what my best options were, the whole process was smooth and quick! Picked up my car and signed all my paperwork in just about an hour, they were very understanding that i had a not so helpful schedule. Love my new Jeep Compass!
I've used the service department several times and have been very pleased each time, though one time they changed my license name plate without my permission which did not make me happy.
Regarding their used car buyingnprocess, they have a good selection of cars but I found them to be OVERPRICED.
I just want share my experience with Miller Nissans. This is my second lease with this company I want to give my special thanks to a sales person Kasha Miecznikowska she is a amazing like a person and like professional in this field. When she is helping you to pick up the car she is trying to meet all your needs and give you the best deal. We had the pleasure of working with Jose L. on a Saturday and he took SO much time working with us on car choice, the buying process, and ending our current lease with our current Altima (which we also purchased through Paul Miller Nissan). The facilities are SO much nicer now and Jose couldn't have been nicer to work with. He was calm, collected, knowledgeable, and really low pressure and helped us get a GREAT deal. His attention to us as customers, making us feel comfortable here (refreshments, etc.). He is awesome to work with and the dealership is fantastic.
I found a low cost lease deal for a 2014 Nissan Murano on their website. When I called I spoke to a sales manager, ("Aubrey") and she accepted my deposit to hold the vehicle. She referred me to a salesman named Jose Llanos. Jose was a gentleman from beginning to end and a pleasure to work with. There were no hidden fees, no attempts to raise the monthly payments, no high pressure tactics. The deal they advertised was the deal I received. I picked up my new Murano today and I could not be happier. This was the smoothest, most hassle free car buying/leasing experience I have ever had, and I have been buying or leasing cars for 30 years. When my lease is up, I will look forward to dealing with Miller Nissan again.

Scott is the ultimate professional. His knowledge and love of cars (Porsche) shines through when he speaks to you and shares his passion. I initially met Scott while looking for a part for another Porsche that I had recently gotten (used from a friend). Scott not only advised me about the part, he actually showed me how to un-install the old part and install the new upgrade. The Parts manager did the same thing for me for another upgrade. About a month later, my wife was looking for a new car and Scott took the time to teach her about the various models, not just 'push' her to buy a car. I will continue to be a client of theirs and have told many friends that they should look at this dealership and work with Scott Doty when they are considering a Porsche.
