I truly can not say enough good things about my new 2022 Volvo XC90 T6. I have admired the Volvo SUVs from afar as a minivan mom for 15 years and this was my year to make the move. No turning back; it is sporty, classy, comfortable, safe, I could go on forever. Classic black and dark brown interior. The info center takes a bit to get used to and it seems like there are features everywhere so definitely just hop on you tube to figure them all out at your own pace because the sales person will tell you, but no way you can get them all down. One of my ultimate favorites are the rotating fog lights. As you turn the lights turn with your vehicle. Lane assist is not for me; I've been driving too long to have it as it seems overbearing. 360 camera and all of the warnings are great though because you never know who is barreling down through the parking lot. Narrowed it to the 2023 Honda Pilot and 2022 MDX Technology; got tired of waiting on the Pilot and frankly it was a bit too big and the MDX just didn't have the sporty look I wanted. I feel like with the Volvo I got it all!

I love everyone with whom I've dealt with at Banks, particularly my salesperson, Kevin. Even procuring an extended warranty from the manager was painless and non-threatening! They were a joy from whom to purchase. Kevin has stayed in contact , as promised, to keep me informed about important follow-ups. Most recently, I returned to Banks to have a more thorough detailing done on my 2022 Buick Encore Gx and have a second key fob made that had been owed me at the time of purchase. The whole team did a knock out job on my car, offered me a loaner car to ease the burden of wait time and kept me informed of timing. This Buick was what I was searching for exactly-year, price and trim and although Banks is an out of state trip for me, I would do it all again and would recommend Banks to family and friends.

This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

Love this suv however when driving just a half hour the dash screen went black with a message “infotainment system cooling” restarted the car but no change. This had to be a recall but can’t find any info. Poor quality in an expensive car. Service department at dealer won’t answer their phone. Hoping they will call back

We were looking for a luxury SUV that handled well and looked great. This was the best SUV that we ever purchased! It is high off the ground and handles well on the highway and in the city. Torque and hp are excellent and the car is whisper quiet on the road. The interior is very luxurious and the leather is soft and comfortable.

Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.

Amazing experience. I'd recommend anyone looking for a car to try CarMax first... There's zero pressure, tons of beautiful vehicles, and just an all around great place. Will definitely be buying from here in the future. They're willing to work with you if you don't have the best credit, and most importantly, they're just honest and transparent. Two very important things when spending tens of thousands of dollars. Put it this way, it was great enough experience for me to come online and leave reviews all over!

I had an excellent experience working with Dan Carlen and Ben Carter and highly recommend both. I worked with Dan for a few weeks via email and text while purchasing from out of state (New Jersey). Communication was clear, pricing was straightforward, and everything went exactly as promised. When I arrived on a Saturday, the car was ready, and Dan made the process easy and completely no-pressure, including allowing a solo test drive. The finance process with Ben was just as smooth. He clearly explained the numbers and coverage options with no pushy sales tactics or surprise add-ons. This time, it was just Carrie (she is sales and managment) and she was fair, honest and willing to meet me at a point that allowed both the dealership and myself to earn a solid transaction. No games, or creative spins, but rather just putting it together and making it work, quickly and easily. We picked up the car two days later, and everything went smooth. The delivery was perfect and Carrie even ensured that the app was installed on both our phones and working perfectly so we did not have to do anything other than enjoy driving the car home. I'm a 18 year loyal Toyota SUV guy and I switched to a new XC60. Lovering Volvo in Nashua were great. Sales Mgr Dan was fantastic. No pressure. This is the nicest & most comfortable car I've owned. Fun to drive & easy on gas. Too new to comment on reliability but its safety systems are impressive. Sound system is next level too. I would highly recommend.
