On September 18, 2023, I purchased a new 2024 Volvo and am happy that I chose to do business with Patrick Volvo in Schaumburg, Illinois. Shortly after my arrival at Patrick, I was very lucky that I was courteously approached by Belen Amador, my Client Advisor. Because she was not pushy (I appreciated that very much), I chose to accept Belen’s assistance throughout the buying process. I was pleased that I had a seamless transaction because of Belen Amador’s expertise and exemplary customer service. She was knowledgeable, helpful and thorough before, during and after the sale. Patrick Volvo is fortunate to have Belen on their staff because she is an excellent representative for their dealership. There is no question that when I need another Volvo, I will most definitely contact Belen. It was my pleasure that I had the opportunity to do business with her. In addition, I would not hesitate to highly recommend Belen and Patrick Volvo to anyone else interested in buying a Volvo. I’m not much of one for writing reviews, but in the case of Infiniti of Naperville, the extraordinary and impeccable service and attention they have recently provided me must be acknowledged. Short story – I needed to have them replace the engine in my Nissan Maxima. Jon Vargas, my service rep, arranged to get an engine delivered to the dealership within the next couple of days, and then have it installed and the car ready no later than Saturday just before I was to leave on vacation on Sunday morning with my daughter for a week. Saturday came and as promised the car was ready. I picked it up, and on the way home from running a few errands, the Check Engine light came on. At first I figured it might just be a “nuisance” sensor fault, and thought it’d be OK. But once home, without going into details, more severe symptoms arose - the car would no longer start, all kinds of error messages were appearing! I texted Jon in a panic, not sure what to do as I was leaving on vacation the next morning, and the dealership was now closed. In response, Jon said he’d come right over (and also had his lead tech come over) - they drove over to my house (after their working hours – they were “off the clock”!) and personally spent 2+ hours trying to diagnose and fix the issue. Unfortunately, they could not restore functionality. At this point I’m scurrying around trying to arrange a last minute rental car that I could pick up Sunday morning (at a potential cost of $600), but Jon was having none of that. After a flurry of phone calls to the owner/general manager, they arranged for me to be able to pick up a loaner car at the dealership on Sunday AM. Not only that, Jon came and picked me up Sunday morning at 7:30 to take me to the dealership, where in short order I was able to get a loaner and be on my way on vacation an hour later. So this was a long story, but it serves to demonstrate what I feel is, in my experience, unmatched customer service. They made a promise that my car would be ready, and available for my upcoming vacation. When through no fault of their own it wasn’t, they did EVERTYTHING to make it right – coming over to my house when they were not “on the job” and had no obligation to do so, opening up the dealership on Sunday morning to provide me with a loaner vehicle, ferrying me there. These are simply extraordinary measures that demonstrate the ultimate in customer service. It would have been so easy for them to simply blow me off and say “we’re closed, have the vehicle towed here Monday morning”, and probably most dealerships would have. But not Infiniti of Naperville – the folks are the salt of the earth. I’ll never go anywhere else again.

Great experience salesman was awesome. Took only two hours from the time we got there till the time we were driving off the lot bought a really nice car for a low amount of money.

Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.

I drove all they way from Madison Heights Michigan to purchase a mks, Staff was beyond amazing and made sure I had everything I needed for my trip back home! Fully detailed my mks and even put in a full take of gas for me! Would highly recommend to anybody looking for a family friendly dealership this is where you go!

Great awesome cars in every aspect, comfort, performance, handling, smoothness, features, reliability (not in some models though) and especially safety. You get the best bang for your buck in Volvos. Only thing I would say is to stay away from the XC90 T6 (petrol engines) from 2015 - 2016. (Not sure if 2017 has these problems, as I havnt experienced anything from the 2017 models) I sell many of these Volvos But the petrol XC90s T6 from 2015 - 2016 are very unreliable because of being the first year of these models when they first came out. Had many experiences with failing superchargers ($4k to fix ) evaporator failing ($5k to fix) and also these engines have a known fault that the pistons don’t inbed in properly in some of the engines and it burns massive amount of oil. (Did a test in a customers car, was burning about 2L of oil every 1000km) Also comes with a few hiccups here and there with coolant leaks, and oil leaks etc. I’ve never had a problem with the XC90 D5 (diesel engines) as they seems much better because they don’t have the engines failing or a supercharger in these models. This have the failing evaporator but this item was the least part failing out of everything I mentioned. I hope this information has helped out some people who are deciding to purchase a Volvo 😊

Love our gently used 2015 Volvo XC60 T6 Turbo wagon. 130k miles on it and we have only had to replace the alternator and battery. Does not burn oil, does not leak oil. Has been a very reliable car. If you do the maintenance and change the oil every 5 thousand miles it will last a long time. Regular oil changes are very important as with any car. Most people don’t do this. The 6 cylinder is one the best engines they have made. Timing chain will last a long time as long as you put new clean oil in the engine every 5k miles. No transmission problems and no differential problems for us. No one likes to spend $2,000 for the 90k service but it’s a big one. Important preventative maintenance will take this car to 200,000 miles. Read the owners manual and follow the service schedule.

Overall a great experience with Napleton's Oak Lawn Mazda Sales team was easy to work with specifically Ali Sayes. Got good deal on msrp and not pressure.

This vehicle met all of my needs including personal & business use. It has been reliable & I did not have any major mechanical issues.

Keeping this short and sweet. I call Adam Auto to On Saturday 11/11/2023 I called Adam Auto Group of Crestwood, Il to inquire about a vehicle. The salesman James answered all of my questions. It's hard to get a salesman to answer questions over the phone they all usually want you to come in right away. He did not pressure me in any way to come in. After a few minutes he called me back and gave me more details about the car, it was close to closing but he convinced me to come in to see the vehicle for myself. When I arrived he took me out to see the car and it was everything he said it was and had every amenity I was looking for my new car to have. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle. His professionalism and patience with me was what I enjoyed most. Before I left I put down a deposit to hold the vehicle. Today 11/13/2023 I went back and got my car! Please ask for James if you decide to visit Adam Auto Group he will not disappoint!

Before buying used, have an independent mechanic check it over. I had a bad experience with the dealer with several expensive issues shortly after my purchase. Brakes, alignment/tires, shock and steering wheel electronics (voice command, radio). The steering wheel electronics problem is common.

I bought 2018 s90 pre owned Volvo about 2wks ago. Was going to buy a Cad they couldn't get the air-condition to work and I live in Fl. so they brought the Volvo. I've heard they are good but never thought of buying one. We drove it and bought it. I can't believe the room it has. No way I can list all the features it has. I have spent hrs watching YouTube to learn how everything works and I still don't know all.

I loved my XC90 but traded it due to the cost of fuel. I drive 40 miles a day roundtrip to work. I would easily go through a tank of gas in four days. Best mileage I ever got was about 22 highway. The XC90 is a heavy SUV and shaped like a block. Not a lot of aerodynamics. As for comfort and luxury you can't go wrong the XC 90 is pure luxury and has great pickup and handling. Just be aware the mileage is not good.

Very responsive. Very knowledgeable about the Tesla Model S Plaid. Friendly and great communications from the first phone call to the last.

I love driving this vehicle. It had 2 engines . Front Gas powered and Rear Electric Powered. There is immediate power from stopped on starts without hesitation. Has 5 different modes from eco and Hybrid to All Wheel Drive and SPORT mode. Mileage is great at approx 27 to 29 MPG. Plug in recharge is both 110V and 220V so you can plug it in ANYWHERE. The ride as my wife states is like butter.....what ever that means It is SMOOTH and quiet. Has lots of power for pulling trailer / 22 ft Boat and for passing quickly. Love all the safety features from 360 cameras and automatic brakes and side warning alarms. It even steers itself so you stay in your lane and don't wander. Exceptional Car.

I bought my car G80 here when it was Pugi ,and I had service issues with GPS. I was begging to think I made a mistake buying a Genesis. Since Castel took over, they had some issues in the transition. But Castle has changed how I feel about Genesis. I really see them striving to achieve a premium service. Great Job Castle Genesis. Thank you for changing how I feel about my Genesis purchase again. And the G80 is truly a premium car Thank you.

This is a beautiful car. Our car is the mid level. Not totally sure it is as luxurious as it's price point. Drives and feels very nice. Feels nimble and safe. Visibility all around is great. Safety features such as the pacing cruise control and lane management are excellent. The gage cluster is minimal with a lot of empty space where they should have put a real fuel gage, not the miniscule 4 dashes that go unlit as the fuel is used. The car has no written user manual. It relies on a very limited one on board which cannot be accessed when the car is moving. Hybrid system is not immediately understood how to make it perform well. Bu once you solve that puzzle it is really good. We found a complete 900 page one on line that goes into the detail we wanted. Also the on board one does not have an index so you get to hunt and guess to find what topic your question is under. This was a major frustration for us. The back seats are very firm, which was surprising at this price point. That is why I knocked the comfort level down. Front seats are wonderful. Lots of rear leg room though. There is a lot of room behind the second row seats when the 3rd row is down, and this suits our travel cargo needs very well. 360 camera is excellent. Fit and finish is superb. The turn signal stalk has too many functions such as head light control. A switch on the dash would be much better easily showing which mode the headlights are in. The various functions are not as intuitive to control or find. There is a learning curve, not a difficult curve, but just jumping into drive it might be the wrong approach. Perhaps it is standard Volvo like not standard BMW like as we were used to. Now that we know the car better we would buy it again.

It is awesome. I can plug and drive a couple of cycles per day and drive more e-miles. Never start the motor some days. If you are old like me, you NEED the lighting package. Similarly, if comfort is your thing, the air suspension is a must!!! Cloud-like driving long distances and downright sporty all with a quick adjustment. The technology is really amazing. I was absolutely committed to purchase a different vehicle which my wife repeatedly and defiantly vetoed. We ended up "compromising" on this. Best decision I never made.

I've known the service manger, Marc Kubil, for almost 20 years. I can't think of anyone more capable and trustworthy. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are competently satisfied. Robert Fellows is also outstanding, as is Jamir Garcia. At Volvo Oak Park, I'm treated like family, and have received consistently great service.

This car is perfect for me. I didn't want an SUV, but wanted decent cargo space. This is a great size wagon with plenty of space. Love it!

I visited to look at a 2013 Sonata and ultimately decided to buy a 2022 Palisade for my whole family. I am impressed by the courtesy and service they offer. It is on another level. I will strongly recommend them to any friends or family members. This is their new location, and the staff, vehicle selection, and prices are excellent.

The Volvo S40 just seems to have everything it needs. It is comfortable, easy to drive, zippy, looks great and has all the right bells and whistles. What more could I need? A long run!! Say a couple hundred thousand miles? Dependability!

My first Volvo coming from BMW’s. It’s very affordable to fix and initial cost. It’s comfortable and heated front and rear seats and steering wheel was a real selling point. Automatic transmission shifts ok also has sport mode or manual shifting options. Gas mileage is decent. Has start stop option you can turn on or off. Back up cam is great. Visibility all around is great for being a larger vehicle. No blind spots. Love it so far!
