Great car buying experience thanks to Liam!

Historically I have not had great car buying experiences, so I was dreading going in a buying a car. After 3 months of doing research, I decided I wanted to buy a Volvo. I drove 4 different Volvos in the span of about a month before making up my mind. Liam was very patient, answered all my questions/emails, and never rushed my decision. I ended up driving the V60 twice before purchasing it, and went home a very happy customer. The day after purchasing my V60, I noticed there was an issue with one of the tires that made it very likely that it would go flat. I immediately contacted Liam, and he told me to bring it in. I thought that my positive buying experience was too good to be true, and here I was about to go again with another poor car buying experience. To my surprise, they looked at the tire, admitted that it should have been caught in the inspection, and said they would replace it. I ended up having them replace both of my front tires, and paid the difference. They even bought me breakfast for the inconvenience! Thank you Liam for making my car buying experience pleasant and for going above and beyond! Volvo of Lisle is lucky to have you!
