My 2019 MKC only had 55,000 miles on it when the engine
My 2019 MKC only had 55,000 miles on it when the engine started misfiring and, after being told I had to replace all the spark plugs for almost $1,000 which was not covered by my warranty, the dealer changed the #2 ignition coil and within 2 weeks it was misfiring again so now Ford is REPLACING MY ENGINE! because there was antifreeze in the cylinders, I read several other reviews that had this same issue. Hopefully the "new" remanufactured one will be built correctly - Purchased a Used car

I'm writing this review in regards to a $15,000 Lincoln
I'm writing this review in regards to a $15,000 Lincoln 2017 motor and transmission problem which occurred at 65,000 miles but was not resolved until 85,000 miles after the car was outside of its warranty. At 65,000 miles my engine had 2 spark plug failures at the same time. It then occurred again at 75,000 miles, 80,000 miles and 85,000 miles. At 85,000 miles I was told I needed a new engine and transmission for $15,000 because the gaskets failed allowing coolant to seep into the engine block. In an online search, it was found that it was a frequent occurrence that the 4 cylinder eco engine form years had this problem. And that numerous other people have had similar problems in other vehicles such as Escape, Escort, and Mustang. The problems that I experienced during this ordeal was that I was not provided a rental car during this 3.5 week repair at a Ford dealership. I was told that my car was outside warranty even though I provided them with all the previous receipts from the dealer ship showing engine failure starting at 65,000 miles. And I was told I should of purchased their extended warranty next time. Well, chances are there won't be a next time and I'll revert my next years car purchase to Lexus or Acura. Having an entire power train fail at 65,000 miles is just not what I would expect from any car manufacturer, especially from one in which I drove it nice, and changed the fluids more often than needed (oil 7,000 fully synthetic, 15,000 miles for Transmision fluid). - Purchased a New car

Car was a lemon from the start.
Car was a lemon from the start. The noise damper on the bottom of the car ( made out of carboard) fell off few times after hitting debris on the freeway. The engine light came on right after the warranty was over. In an out of the mechanic for engine light check. Spark plugs, gear, computer. Last time we had the engine light on they told us we needed to replace the engine at 58000 miles. We had the car for 8 years, drove an average of 7,000 miles a year. We sold the car. Car was an issue and a money pit. Don't buy it. - Does not recommend

Rides better than a cadillac
I at first loved my Lincoln a couple weeks after I owned it the engine blew and ford had my car for so long the tires flat spotted and they thought it was fine for me To drive around like that Lincoln replaced the engine and it doesn’t run the same as when I test drove it I had to take it to Lincoln in Columbia to fix all the little things that followed after the engine replacement if I didn’t have all these problems I would’ve been in love with this car I love the look and I think it’s comfortable my mom says it rides better than her Cadillac so there you go - Purchased a Used car

I love my Lincoln MKC. Very reliable SUV
I've owned my Lincoln for almost 3 years. My Lincoln has never failed me. My Lincoln moved us from Colorado to S.Carolina pulling a 5x8 cargo trailer. My Lincoln was a champ we were dodging hurricane weather so we hit flooded areas. I would definitely tell you the Lincoln MKC is a great all around SUV. - Purchased a Used car

Worse experience ever
Known issue with coolant leaking into cylinder 2 causing car to misfire. Should have been a national recall in my opinion, but it was not. If car isn't still cover by power tran warranty, potentially have car with bad engine that needs to replace - Purchased a Used car

Love my Lincoln
I have owned my 2017 MKC since July of 2016. I have had no issues with it at all and I loved the style from the beginning. My next car will be a Lincoln Corsair probably in 2025. My MKC only has 29,000 miles on it!! - Purchased a New car

Can't beat a Lincoln.
I have owned my Mkc for over 4yrs and the car has been great! It's quiet, comfortable when I make my 3hr trips back and forth from Chicago. Even with the 2.0 engine, she has power to take off and pass anyone I need to. For anyone that complains about oversteer or understeer, check your alignment since I have never experienced that problem driving aggressively. Comfort! Don't understand a complaint there. My brother has a Cadillac Xts and is the most uncomfortable car to sit in. My Mkc rides smooth in comfort mode, is quiet and she is babies and have only had a waterpump go out on me and that is it. All dash controls are easy to navigate and operate but I have always owned Lincolns my entire life and I am 62 and there is a reason for it! Comfortable and problem free. I just don't understand negative comments. - Purchased a New car

This is an excellent overall small SUV
I bought this new. Only problem has been I insignificant—charging port in console is faulty. It’s one of the nicest vehicles I’ve owned, and I have several Porsches. Everything seems to work well, it’s fast-with the 2.0 liter turbo engine. I don’t like the torque steer though but you can get used to it. I put the pedal down hard a lot so it was strange at first. If you’re very fat you might find it tight. I’ve got 50,000 miles on it and it functions as new. And it hasn’t cost the thousands you need to support a German car. In fact, virtually nothing except repairing whatever body damage my wife does to it. I even put a hitch on it and use it when a trucks not available - it can handle big loads of mulch, etc easily. This is a surprisingly good vehicle. - Purchased a New car

Piece of Junk
Just rented one of these and have to say it's a piece of junk. The infotainment system is a joke. Voice recognition utterly worthless. Navigation system confused. Design of where the controls are places and how they are operated must have been developed by engineers on methamphetamine. It's clear why the model lasted only a couple years - Purchased a Used car

I've been a "Ford/Lincoln/Mercury" man All of my Life!, my Pop worked at the Oakville plant for 30+ yr's, and I just wish He was still around to See this little Gem!,. this Car is Everything you could ask for,,,,,and More! The Ride is awesome, the Performance is Second to None!, I have the 'Reserve' package, and the 2.3 litre Turbo Snaps your Head back like you were Driving a "Muscle" car!,. it reminds me of my very 1'st Ride,,,,a '73 Mercury Comet GT w/ a BOSS 302 under the Hood!, well the MkC holds it's own in the Speed dept,.! my Comet did 0-60 in 5.5 sec,.!, the MkC does it in just under 6 sec,. 5.85 to be exact!,,,,and it does it in Style!, and s-o-o Smooth, you wouldn't even think you were Stepping down on the Gas!,,,I've already been handed a Speeding ticket for doing 140km in a 100 zone!, because it was so Damned quiet, it actually Shocked me when the Trooper said "Do You Know How Fast You Were Going there Sport"??, LoL!,,,and then there's the Handling!, the MkC is like driving an Audi Quattro w/ a BOSS 302 under the Hood!,,,,,Want to experience that same kind of Rush you had driving like when you were in your 20's? driving a "Sports Car"?,,,,take off the Traction-Control, and Go and Find the Best Hair-pin Cornering Road near You!, and try and Push the Car to it's limit!,,,,,You'll be Exhilarated! - Purchased a New car

Loved the care we got when buying our new Nautilus from Lawrence. He took the time to show us all the new items on the car and how to work them. He was patient with our questions and got us rolling and enjoying our new ride.

Buyer Beware! We had a signed agreement and we were told to make 3 wires to pay for the vehicle in writing a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We made 2/3 and before we made the Friday payment on Thursday we were called and told they sold the vehicle to someone else despite 2/3 payments and the signed agreement. The most egregious part was how they attempted to make it seem like it was our fault and sell us an even more expensive option as a solution after selling the car we had a contract on. Lastly, the management screamed at us and told us off and acted like we were bothering them as a customer. So many options in Chicagoland to buy a Lincoln - these guys are deceitful and dishonest and as of this post we have yet to receive a refund of our $89,000.
