While I’m happy with the vehicle, the experience left a sour taste. Went in pre approved with Suncoast. Sales guy says yea, they’re our preferred lender (or something to that effect), so the process should be simple. He advised that I still needed to complete an app to put the deal together to send to the bank. I made clear multiple times to not run my credit. He assured me there wouldn’t be any inquiry. But you guess it, hard inquiry popped up from Elder Ford. Despicable and shady move, probably to meet some quota for incentives or kickbacks. I’m xxxxxx!!! -
You sold my information and now I get tons of spam mail, email and texts regarding my vehicle. Just for that reason alone, I won't return.

I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023.
I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them. - Purchased a New car

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around
The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day. - Purchased a New car

Scared for my life
I love the vehicle but it has my anxiety level up due to the horn has gone out! I purchased it in August of 2023 and by January the horn has completely stopped working, making the commute to and from work very scary! I can’t warn other drivers of my presence on the roadway, I’m afraid to drive it now because I almost got ran over, and the dealers don’t keep something so important in stock! - Purchased a New car

After test driving one we really like that it.

Sad, disappointed and upset
I was so excited when I bought my Kia Soul last February 2023 , and in less than a year the car had 2 recalls, the last one that is a fire hazard, and then the horn and the alarm dye so it have to be replaced. So needless is to said that the excitement went to be a disappointment. - Purchased a New car

Highly Recommend
After driving my GF's 2020 Soul Xline and her mother's 2020 Ex round trip from Arizona to Wisconsin I decided to buy a 2023 Soul Ex for myself and my GF's also purchased a new one. I'm 6'3" and am comfortable driving cross country, the car is smooth and doesn't have the horrible road noise associated with smaller FWD vehicles. The soul is a fun to drive great value vehicle. After 10 months and 10K miles I've had zero Issues and am extremely happy with my soul. - Purchased a New car

DO NOT BUY KIA CARS
My car has 12K miles, the gas should cut off automatically once you apply the break on stop signal. In the beginning it was working but after 6-7k miles this is not working and the worst thing showroom can’t fix it and now they don’t wanna fix it at all. Apple play in this car doesn’t work at all. Very rare it connects phone and then goes off. I highly recommend DO NOT BUY KIA, DO NOT. There car might look better but it’s not durable at all plus bad service. - Purchased a New car

Excellent at Its Job
I count on my car to get me from here to there, comfortably. The Kia Soul is roomy with all the controls logically and conveniently laid out. I'm not going to take it to track day any time soon. But sometimes I catch myself almost truly enjoying my commute. It's everything I require out of a commuting vehicle (and an occasional long haul ride) - and it's nothing I don't need. - Purchased a New car

It's just we wanted. My wife is very short, so we wanted a car that has an electric adjustable driver seat. We rented a KiA 2021 and that's when we fell in love. We have had our Soul for over a year and we are very pleased. - Purchased a New car
