I wanted dash cam installed contacted Josh parts guy he ordered it for me I didn't anything about this dash cam Josh claims that I gave him an order # which is a lie I spoke with penny the gm she said she was going to reach out to ford for a refund which a another lie the dealership can refund me and I know magic ford can't bring up a Pic on the dash cam conclusion is I was never informed what I was getting I was misled this company isn't honest at all
