Bad headlights make an unsafe vehicle at night
Purchased used and inherited problems that were hidden. The vehicle hydroplaned very badly when there was any rain at all. Repairs were completed to fix the problem costing about $3k. The other issue is the low beam headlights are faulty and the entire headlight housing needs to be replaced to correct. Over $2k in labor alone to remove the assembly, not to mention the cost of replacement parts. If I could do over I would not buy this vehicle. - Purchased a Used car

I purchased a Cadillac SRX in 2020. I had no problems with this car until 2022. The vacuum blew out on the ABS system. My mechanic tried for 7 weeks to get the part he needed but was unsuccessful. I think I'm going to sell it. What good is an American made car if u cannot get parts? - Purchased a Used car

One Great Car
Purchased this car because of our experience with out 2012 SRX. As much as we like the 2012 the 2016 exceeds it in every criteria. Especially appreciate the the advances with the safety equipment. Love the cross traffic warning in the backup camera. Blind spot warning in the outside rearview mirrors are especially helpful. Learned driving thru Atlanta in heavy traffic just after a rainstorm that I never want t be without rainsense windshield wipers. Very convenient and a huge safety factor. - Purchased a Used car

BUYER BEWARE
I have a 2016 SRX & the Cue informant system is awful!!! This is the fifth screen to be put in this vehicle.If you want to use the heat/ac,the radio or the gps don't buy this vehicle.Don't waste your time calling the Cadillac manufacturer because they will offer you "assistance" on the cost to repair it but after 5 times fixing it it's useless ! - Purchased a Used car
