Outstanding customer service from their Service Dept! They helped ensure that Ford Motor Co honored their drivetrain warranty to replace the transmission on my 2019 Fusion. Furthermore, Ford Motor Co had originally denied my claim for tow truck and rental car expenses because I did not book the reservations through Ford, but Michelle stayed on Ford and got them to reimburse me for both expenses!

I have honestly lost count of how many vehicles I have purchased from Anderson Ford. Every experience, including my latest, was nothing short of excellent. I do not like the shell games and tactics that are part of the car dealer world. For me it is simple...What is the difference between my trade and the new one. No hassle, no games, just a simple difference number. That is what I have always gotten. And, the entire process is easy, friendly, and zero games being played. 2020 Lincoln Navigator Issues
While the aestetics of the vehicle is not an issue, I have had numerous issues with the operating system in the vehicle. The interface screen blacks out on occasion, and the response by Lincoln was to replace the same part approximately 3x, and or complete numerous"software upgrades". The dealership informed me that these were know issues for the Navigator and Expedition, and there is nothing that could be done. Additionally, I experience what feels like transmission slipping while driving, and have been told, nothing has been discovered during "scans" of the vehilce, and there is nothing that can be done. - Purchased a New car

Navigator problem
This new 2020 new Navigator electronically went into lock down and I could not get it to start or anything. Only had one week. Not happy, you can't even jump the battery. Dealer just charged but couldn't explain why it happen. If it happens again, lemon law will be next. - Purchased a New car
