I have had a very positive experience so far. I had some small issues but nothing major. They were fixed fairly quickly by the dealer. The mileage does drop drastically in the winter, but I knew that before purchasing it. It is roomy inside, and drives great.

Performance is amazing...instant acceleration to 60mph. The controls require a steep learning curve. Still trying to figure all the icons out. Could be much easier if they actually allowed several screens to access the same control where the definition easily fits in more than one place...so we don't have to search to find it. Charging time on 120 is unacceptable. 56 hours to charge up from 20%.

The vehicle has been to the dealer multiple times for a wide range of issues: - periodically does not turn off automatically after opening door - map function stopped working for several hours suddenly and unexpectedly on a long distance trip - a strange rumbling noise emanates from the front hood area periodically - emergency brake engaged unexpectedly several times when there is nothing near by causing me to disengage the safety setting - interior ambient light has never worked - seat periodically reverts to default setting although the memory setting has been set multiple times - the module that the service dept claims needs to be replaced has been unavailable for approximately a month and i'm still waiting - insufficient number of service techs are able to work on the vehicle (according the service dept at axis chevrolet, they only have one) - there have been so many problems that i have retained counsel to have it declared a lemon
